I never watched any of the cyberpunk stuff. Had it on in the background today. Seems he's getting closer to a proper ToS violation every day. That's what happens when you get too comfortable in a job, you forget it's meant to be work.

"It's the wife beater ni-hat gang" - A Tom Sizemore reference would have been more appropriate, but that would require knowledge of something outside his bedroom and growing balls.

Edit: ....had to watch that a few times. Made me laugh. It's the glee in his voice when he realises he can say something incredibly funny like "wife beater ni..., before the the misery of cutting himself off and finishing with the morbidly banal "...hat gang".

He never had anything funny to say, he just said "the wife beater knit hat gang".

Is that really a surprise, though? This is the same guy who ran away crying from Justin Wong and other FGC members when he ran his mouth and when confronted about it, and couldn't do a damn thing because he's such a spineless coward.

Also don't forget that this is the same thinned skinned egomaniac who policed the hell out of his YouTube comments and shadow banned anybody with an opinion.

...only to eventually turn comments off entirely because they were a cornerstone of TIHYDP from the beginning.

The Divinity playthrough was supposed to start:
- After the Yakuza 7 playthrough is finished. Then that got changed to:
- After his Year-end lists. Then that got changed to:
- After the Assasin's Creed playthrough is finished.

From November 6th: When is the Divinity playthrough gonna start?

"Probably after Yakuza 7 ends. Stop asking! The answer is not gonna change!"

Since then, this nigga:
-Started a new playthrough that no one asked him to. Immortals Fenyx Rising. He started playing that a month after it got released.
-Has started playing Call of Duty during the day-streams, on top of the night-streams. Again, no one asked him to.
-Started playing Fall Guys again for some reason.
-Is still playing Assassin's Creed.
-Is still playing Yakuza.
-Will most likely start a new playthrough. Either Mario or Maneater.

this dood...

He could and he would probably get away with it...as it stands does he really claim all his donated funds/items in taxes? The only thing he would lose out on is the write-offs for his business but Kat could double down on care expenses etc and it would level roughly I think anyways
I am certainly not a tax attorney slash tax accountant slash tax guy, but for the amount he claims to pay his tax person... I had a thunk for a few seconds.

You can accept a gift up to a certain amount from a single person, and not have to pay taxes on it. If he's being billed thousands of dahllars to do his tahxes, it wouldn't at all surprise me if he has some flunky go through and tally up some of the whale-totals over the course of the year and write that total amount off as a gift. I don't know how all that works, I've only ever received one gift of money that would have been substantial enough to warrant looking into it (but someone else did my returns that year, so...yeah).

I wonder just how absolutely power-fucked into the ground Phil would be if he happened to get some audit for one of the last few years, notice a substantial error, and then audit more years prior.

Those don't look like The Hulkster's legs. DEBUNKED!

1) I liked how he phrased it as "all my debts" and not "all my bills."

2) Even if we assume he's telling the truth, this would have gone into effect March 2019. So what is his problem now?

3) Any rational human being that has all of these random ass bills on all these random ass days would just put them all to autopay on a credit card and then pay off the credit card on the 15th. That's how actual adults would do it. As we have discussed, DSP probably has credit card companies beating down his door now because he cannot discharge the debt for at least 7 more years. But if DSP was capable of even that much money management, he wouldn't have had to declare bankruptcy.

I must remember my rule to not just say "if they didn't do lolcow behavior then they would be okay." That's true, but then they wouldn't be lolcows in the first place.
Pretty sure he always says that it’ll take 2 months to change the bill date, so he just never does it. Bills are obviously a future Phil problem

Love it when he really hams up a LIMB with shit like "oh no now I'm gunna kick your fucking ass outta here!"

No Dave, you're gonna lean your tits forward, block a troll, and they'll be back in a few minutes under a new name. You couldn't kick anybody's ass.
Does Phil still think when he chat-bans someone that they can't watch his stream either?

I remember multiple times when he has b& someone he says something like "Good fucking riddance! Now you can't watch my streams anymore, how 'bout that?!?" like he genuinely thinks when he chat-bans someone he is actually channel-banning them.

The gift giver, not the receiver, is supposed to pay the gift tax. And that's only if they exceed the annual exclusion and then only if they have already used up their lifetime exemption. Any donations from whales cannot be considered gifts just like how a server cannot call tips from guests gifts. The $1200 DSP claims his tax guy charges him is an utterly insane figure for tax preparation for a sole proprietorship which means: (1) he was lying to get people to donate more money or (2) he is also retaining his tax guy as an attorney to deal with his back taxes situation.

Yeah, but this is Phil we're talking about here. If there's a scam to be had or grift to be done, he's going to do it. Pigroach luck at +10 and all.

Makes me regret going into healthcare I wanted to be the "tax man" when I was a kid, not very inventive or imaginative but it has a fuckton of job security and I was a realistic brat. Would be fun right now for me knowing of Phil.

This motherfucker got almost 1000$ in TIPS not counting bits and subs off of cyberpunk, the game was refunded and he still calls it a business expense. This.....this eats my soul in a way, a very violating way, where I feel the need to drown Phil to death in his own mucus.

First of all, whoever posted that without a spoiler, I'd say Fuck You Buddy, but the fact that his semi-likeness stuntcock isn't the bottom, or getting plowed by another dude, makes it too unrealistic to really gross me out.

Plus yeah, too much hair, & doesn't have pendulous tits hanging down so far that they're out of frame.

Edit: forgot this, my oops

Yes, it does. It is person dependent obviously and the mental illness but Phil has a lot of problems he would get it with them all compiled.
I think we agree mostly, I'm talking about the permanent component of my statement, he could get temporary, but would have bi-monthly checkups with the SSA doctors to prove the conditions are still existent after giving him a pill.

Like if he had Parkinson's, that would be a different story, but feeling blue and being unable to manage funds or bank accounts would not qualify; it could qualify him for Kat to become his guardian, or line him up to become a ward of the state, but permanent SSDI checks would not be on the table, it takes months even years to go through all the tests and medical exams to qualify for permanent status, and we all know the pig isn't going to put the required effort in to see it through. The guardianship arc would be some spicy gold dust however XD.

LMAO Phil is allegedly paying $400 a month for internet "because there is no other way to get this type of internet around here"

With Phill's mindset he thinks expensive means "its better", but will only spend money if he directly benefits from it. You're talking about a guy that paid a $100 for a trash can. The same amount he paid for an engagement ring.
All that "talking to Phil" and "getting actually MATI at Phil" in this thread is almost more pathetic than he is.

I halfway agree. I don't see the harm in talking to Phil because I am 100% POSITIVE he reads these forums every night to plot whatever scam or lie he comes up with the next day. If by "MATI" you mean mad? Yeah it's kind of sad to get mad at some clown over the internet because he's making money from idiots. I get annoyed at the guy all the time, but mad? Why? It's like getting mad at someone giving a homeless drug addict a $100, you know he's going to fuck it off on something stupid and not actually benefit from someone's blind kindness.

So in 4 streams, he's raised $543. Glad to know that he can still cry help and people throw money at him.

So if he only gets $57 today, he should still be fine to afford everything for Friday right? Unless I'm a mentally-ill dumbass who doesn't understand how life works

I haven't watched any of those streams but I bet he didn't go a second over his clock out time, did he?

Silly, dont you know anything OVER the tips goal dont count, its extra extra play money :)

I just wish he would stop saying the money is for bills, no one has those bills as daily as Phil does and still ,somehow, he never has a means to pay them off even when a surplus in tips has been gained. It's a redundancy spiral tho so ultimately pointless to even get mad at and I know it. Phil will continue on in whatever form as long as people like wasting money on him and nothing changes except the tips goal gets bigger. The end result is consistently the same which makes me wonder what keeps people paying out or even watching him for years, ignoring the cult theme?

How is repeating the same actions fun when you have experienced the same result over and over for a period of years? Routine is not fun when the end goal is the same process and known to "you". I just don't get it myself but it is interesting to see people enact repeatedly for lack of anything "better" to do with themselves.

Phil is a perfect waster of things in that regard and I suppose why people do do so with him whether with time or money so it does make a lot of sense why nothing ever changes or evolves with him, people like stagnation.

Edit: I just cant do multiple replies correctly because im retarded, okay?
