Once again, reporting him for being endangered, mentally impaired or such is an appropriate action. He has called 911 dozens of times in just a few weeks. That would indicate that something should be done. Simply fining him and denying him service could give him cause to say his rights are being violated or he is being discriminated against.

By bringing in mental health professions, we would be doing the right thing. Lets say a person is obese and was falling on the floor everyday ( or needed help to the bathroom) and was acting in an unusual way but was refusing to go to the hospital and just wanted us to pick him up everyday. This would not be allowed to continue. Obviously something is wrong there. Either medical or mental help is needed.

We are not the daily pick me up service. We will pick you up a few times and after that you probably need professional care, hired help or equipment. It is our job to get patients to the proper care professionals and in this case, it is to a mental health professional.

There is a scarcity of beds on mental health wards. There is no danger he would be locked away forever or be committed as a punitive thing.

Nor is there a any danger of us getting a felony charge because we act in good faith. We would not completely make up him saying something. We listen carefully and he would be the one who makes crazy statements. He always does. Its just a matter of us documenting it and turning it over to professionals.

Its not "depriving him of his liberty", its getting him the professional help he needs and is absolutely appropriate.

IMO there are two fundamental factors in why blatant sickfucks with a mile long rapsheet get ignored or merely get slaps on the wrist for years despite widespread negative attention and outcry

a) The cops are not like us on kiwifarms or other tard watcher communities. Yaniv and those like him are involved in an insanely minor percentage of the totality of the shit they got to do in an average year so they generally see them as extremely minor pests at worst and thus of automatically low priority for anybody of any seniority which means it will just be newbie officer dingus or someone on the police station shitlist assigned to cases like him.​

b) Most importantly yaniv and his ilk have reflexively learned to make themselves look as absolutely fucking painful, miserable, thankless, and even career endangering to do anything serious about because of his performative crazy antics, the fact he goes out of his way to sue anybody in sight, and his obsessive latching on to any and all demographic groups that are extremely unfashionable to be seen to openly act against in that society to a potentially career damaging extent.​

With the latter point its important to remember that its all about *looking* more trouble than its worth to do shit about them, even if merely scratching the surface shows there will be zero real backlash by any major or minor segment of the population or even special interest group.

Nobody in the police structure wants to deal with an eternity of petty litigation and tribunals or have his part in taking down yaniv jumped on by opportunistic shitsacks to destroy their career to fluff up their own, and frankly nobody wants to be forced to touch his stinking flesh hauling him into a squad car.

Thus you get a culture of just ignoring the problem until it goes away, occasionally kicking the can down the road with the bare minimum of legally required consequences brought against him, with this mindset digging itself steadily deeper as yaniv starts doing shit he would have previously been arrested for as nobody wants to be the one to pop this ever more pus filled boil.

IMO the result of this will be either this goes on indefinitely, negative media attention or wokesped shit becoming unfashionable pushes the higher ups to deal with this shit to regain good press, or he finally does as I have long predicted and attempts/carries out a serious crime that cannot be swept under the carpet.
