I think so. It's basically to prevent the search engines from penalizing KF threads from search results due to "doxing"-type info being detected.
I can't recall the specifics but Null is under the impression that obscuring that type of info via the tags should prevent/reduce the ranking penalty.

A decade ago I actually met a kid who spoke a bit like Labelle's mouthpiece does; she was giving a talk with her Mum and Dad.
She would have been about 11 because she was going into secondary school that September, and was basically talking about what it was like coming out as a trans girl at her primary school. Again, this was 2009 or 2010, so a trans kid was a lot more of a novelty.
Specific talking points were her relating a story where she smugly told a teacher she had transitioned - because she had long hair now and wore skirts, and that's all a child her age needed to do to transition (other stuff would come when she was older - she was trying to get a court order for puberty blockers, because the law hadn't changed yet). She also mentioned her horror that her Dad's support group had suggested grieving his son was part of accepting his new daughter - "nobody needs to mourn, I'm not dead". She also related always knowing she was trans from her earliest memories (at an age where I'm surprised a child would have a concept of that).
Seemed like a precocious kid, but it very much seemed like someone had taught her some talking points - they'd often get the train down to London to go to Mermaids. The Dad seemed supportive but a bit mystified, but the Mum was very loud and reminded me of those beauty pageant "stage moms".
Ironically the Assigned Male comic, which was often touted as a resource for trans kids, has probably helped create some trans kids who speak like the kids in the comic.

Thing is, there is no need whatsoever to teach kids how to be horny. When a kid is at the point where they get interested in sexual things, they do so naturally. People have been procreating for hundreds of thousands of years, and nobody needed any adults to come along and tell them about what might feel good. The information they need isn’t about how their bits feel and what they might enjoy doing. That will emerge on their own personal schedule. What they cannot know on their own is what is and isn’t safe, what has consequences, etc.
The ONLY reason to accelerate their sexual knowledge about what sex acts they might enjoy is because you for some reason need children to know about sex acts before they are sexual beings. This is likely because you are a pedo but it may also be because you are a pedo.

You can teach them the very basics of where babies come from, if they're old enough to understand and ask, and it's important to teach them that some body parts are private and if someone tries to touch you there you shout for help and run and tell your parents/teachers/local police or whatever, to help keep them safe from paedos. But they don't need to know about what sex acts they might like or have it suggested to them, they just need to know the practicalities of it, of staying safe and not doing anything they or the other person doesn't want or can't consent to. It's something social workers, safeguarding experts, doctors and teachers should be advising on, not creeps like Labelle. Listening to self-proclaimed activists with weird ideas about children has led to all sorts of mad shit in the curriculum before.

Close. They're Autogynephiliacs. That's the sexual fetish of "being female." It's literally the fetish of being a transsexual. Part of it is forcing you to call them a woman. They literally get sexual gratification by playing dressup, getting your attention, and forcing you to pretend they're women.
Many of you know this, and I'm probably not getting it quite right, but there's a ton of different things in the "trans borg." (Your gender issues will be assimilated.)
You have the actual Transgenders, people with Chronic Gender Dysphoria. Something like 80-90% of these people were originally treated with therapy and got over it. This is, of course, ignoring the fact that Gender does not actually exist.
Then you have the TransTrenders, mainly from Tumblr, which are people, usually young girls, who claim to be Transgender for attention. Because it's trendy. They don't transition in real life, they just pretend online for asspats.
There are your Identity Politics cultists, the ones who claim it's "just an identity" and thus can be swapped in and out at will. These are your genderfluids, your gendercasuals, your genderqueers, your theythems, etc etc. These can be pretty fucking insane.
You also have what I call the Political Transgenders. These are your male feminists who have been trained to really really fucking hate men, so they "come out" as transgender so everyone knows "they're one of the good ones." Cultural Marxist indoctrination tends to make this or the former.
There's the autistics, the poor fucks who instead of getting into Warhammer 40k became obsessed with women from the wrong direction. That's one of the reasons why there's like 1000 M2F for every 1 F2M out there -- same numbers as Autistics, oddly enough.
And finally, there's your Autogynephiliacs. They're your bog standard cross dressers, who realized if they just call themselves trans, you have to call them female and they can get off on it.
There's of course, some overlap. You have your TransTrenders who believe it's an identity and a political statement ("down with cis!"). You have Karens who discover they have a gay son -- but a trans daughter is more social capital, so off with ya dick, Johnny, I need instagram follows! And all of the above can have varying levels of Autogynephilia.
Most actual transgenders want nothing to do with Transgenders, Inc (tm). They just want to be left alone and deal with their mental disorder in peace. But they're a vanishingly small minority of Transgenders, Inc. Most of them are perverts, attention whores, or the victims of various forms of Cultural Marxism affiliated attempts to fuck with people's brains.
