So big ups to MrHuth who has been reviewing old Phil vids.
He's streaming some Hate Live episodes tonight and Phil was just talking to a fan about how excited he was to be buying the KoH forums from 'a third party' and that he could finally run it the way he wanted to. He sounded sincere and was hyping up the purchase.
Compare this to last night when Phil claimed the creators held the site hostage and forced him to buy it from them, claiming they had a gun to his head and he only did it because he is nice and a victim.
Another case of 'when was Phil lying', not 'if'. Both of these versions of the story can't be true - one is a complete fabrication. And I'll always bet it's the one where Phil is throwing people who did something for him under the bus because of money.

It was back in CT, he was standing infront of the wall with the blinds on it? And I believe he was holding a piece of paper talking about it? That's all my memory allows. i could just be full of shit, but my memory is pretty fuckin' good. I'm very confident in my statements.

Just out of curiosity I went to PPG and searched "need the help", and got 91 results. Went through some random ones just to make sure they were in the right context, and it was the same song and dance as today. In fact, you probably could have switched out today's mentions of "need the help" with those videos, and you wouldn't even be able to tell the difference (outside of the video game being played and different clothes being worn).
The point is how many times can he continue to play this broken record, and how many times are these
gonna listen to the same broken record? 91 results for something as simple as "need the help". How many times have you uttered that phrase in your entire life? There's probably countless other phrases I could look up that would return similar numbers. I know RahbOnWheels and a few others cant help themselves, but whats the excuse for the rest of these cretins? Speaking of cretins, I was going through the khantributions, and NDO something tipped like 35 bucks, and I remembered that someone mentioned he had a YT channel before. Just look at this fucking guy..
Anyways, $328 total today, with $246 coming from 4 people. Which leaves $82 to everyone else, and $20 of that came from joyful faggotry.

Here's the speeding ticket story. First is Phil running a red light saying the PHOTO shows him NOT MOVING and this means the traffic camera is DISCRIMINATING against him. The second story is him speeding through a school zone and he says "It's just a PICTURE of my car and shows NO EVIDENCE of me speeding whatsoever."

I seem to recall something like, "It was completely the other guy's fault, but they gave me a ticket!" I could be misremembering. There have been so many retcons and lies in that story.

So instead of doing a current events/political show years and years ago when he was more relevant and participatory in society, he's going to jump into an already over-saturated content field as he becomes more and more irrelevant and closed off from society by the day?
Sounds very very smart. MundaneMatt reviewing Walmart shelves levels of smart. There's nothing people want more than a boring politically correct out-of-touch moron trying to opine on current events from the fence.
To be honest, I can't see anyone who liked the original Phil liking the current one.
Now, I'm not saying that Phil at the beginning of his YouTube career was a good guy. Not at all. The whole John Rambo fiasco is enough proof that he has always sucked as a human being.
But he genuinely enjoyed what he did then. Maybe it was just him being rich and happy about it, but still, he seemed to actually like games back then.
Now, he's a shell of a man who gets flustered at any sign of romance in a game, who has the stupidest gimmicks any streamer has ever had, and who has to invent a new reason to beg for money every day.
So I think most, if not all, of Phil's current fans are just newer viewers who enjoy supporting someone the internet hates.
