Oh my god, this has to be one of those "medical fields" that only the worst of the worst psychopathic med students actually go into.... That or maybe hardened combat field surgeons or something. You'd have to be a sociopath to do these surgeries in the first place, let alone to be able to cope with the whiney patients and their ridiculous expectations!
That one person complaining about the "dog ears" boob job and the "fat shaming"-- The first results totally reminded me of man boobs-- they actually looked more "normal" than the flat-as-a-board revision. You can see she's pushing her chest out in the first picture while she's hunched over in the second. Most men who that amount of body fat will have some kind of chest meat whether they admit it or not. IF I saw a man with as much body fat as that FtM, I would NOT be shocked at seeing him with moobs. My ex, who is technically obese but has a physical job and a ton of body muscle-- still has moobs if he hunches his back a certain way. Some kind of man-boob is common, but many of these fat FtM troons seem to think "little boy flat" chests are normal for grown men.
Seriously, you'd think the first step any heavy FtM troon would take would be to LOSE WEIGHT and weight train! They should take note of all the female body builders and elite athletes who manage to get their body weight down to really low levels and start to look masculine naturally. Even their periods stop! You'd think they'd see losing weight and weight training as the first natural step towards "transitioning to male".

The complaints some of these people have in regards to doctors "fat shaming" them is just another sign they have this deluded concept of reality: They believe everyone must validate them at all times, and never criticize them even when they're obviously wrong. So many of these people just look flat up unhealthy to begin with... even the skinny ones look "skinny fat", as if they've never hit the gym in their lives.
Any "boob job surgery 101" manual for women will warn potential breast implant patients about how excessive weight gain will cause them disfigurement and/or how it will complicate surgery and surgical healing.
Any pregnancy manual will warn women of the potential disasters in store for them if they have major tears in their genital region due to childbirth, or complications that can arise from C-sections, let alone how obesity will wreak havoc on these problems.
Other people have mentioned this before, but I'll repeat it. There are a ton of parallels between these surgeries and the popular gastric band surgeries pushed 10-15 years ago. They were sold as the ticket to happiness and health for so many people. Surgeons were overjoyed when insurance started covering these procedures. Many people who had them done ended up gaining the weight back again and had a shit ton of complications. It's as if some of these people's bodies naturally try to go back to their original state. It's as if the gastrointestinal tract/genitalia/urinary tract doesn't like getting messed with too much. Hmm...
They ought to call the super straight movement something like the "environmentally-friendly non-GMO organic pussy and cock movement" or something. "All natural is best!"

Personally, I wouldn't understand why anyone would fuck with their nipple area too much, as why numb out an erogenous zone? Nipple grafts reportedly deaden any sensation. My boobs might not be the perfect big shape, and my nips might not be the ideal "tiny" size, but I can still get enough joy out of them to want to keep them intact. Even on a dude-- I'd rather sleep with a guy with happily sensitive small moobs/sensitive natural nipples than a numb fake bony flat chest. Unless you’re literally stick-thin, most men are NOT flat-chested. They either have protruding pecs or moobs to some degree or other. Even ignoring the scarring, FTM chests always look unnatural, even more so than MTF implants.

A gyno literally has no idea what to do with an amhole, because it's not a structure or a tissue type they're used to working on. Poor soul. I went through that person's post history and I really feel sorry for her. The best thing she can do for herself is to get a divorce. Living in misery like that will be the end of her.
