After seeing a video of a girl getting her inner labia stuck in a zipper 
and hearing of other things that unfortunately happen with huge inner labias, I can totally understand why some women want to get them shortened, besides the aesthetic reason.
Funnily enough, there's a tribe in Africa where having huge inner labia is considered a sign of beauty, so the women resort to constantly tugging on their labia to stretch them out (or have a friend/relative do it when they can't), or will coat their labia with honey to attract insects to sting/bite them there and help enlarge their labia due to swelling. And I'm talking these labias are hanging down several inches. Which you would think gets in the way, but apparently the women just roll them up and tuck them in to get about their day.

But yeah, she was willing to perform top surgery on a 15-year-old even though it would be mostly pointless and require a later revision due to the patient being a child (still growing). Ethics? Whatever do you mean?
(The surgery ended up getting delayed until the patient was 17. Not because of ethics... but rather issues with Medicaid.)
Really highlights how transgender surgeries would probably be vanishingly rare if people had to pay entirely out-of-pocket for them.

This question might sound weird but I will ask anyway. What an amhole looks like inside? I remember I saw a photo on 4chan of a neovagina from the inside, it looked like a mouth with tonsil stones. I can't be the only one who saw it.

Maybe some of you guys can answer this question, are the people who need nipple grafts usually the same people who binded their breasts? They have such unnaturally saggy breasts, it's such a visual incongruity to see a 20 year old woman with the sagging breasts of an 80 year old. I can't imagine a smaller chested woman would need nipple grafts unless she binded her breasts so much they were hanging to her belly button.

Binding isn't usually done pushing the breasts down but by squeezing them flat to the chest. Like a really really REALLY tight sports bra. It's not healthy to the skin, thins it out a lot. That might be why. Plus the way the surgery is done the breast is removed and they need to place the nipples up higher on the chest. Women's nipples are usually lower than a man's due to the breast shape. Unless the guy has moobs.

It was also my understanding that back when this surgery had standards (you know, as much "standards" as general butchery can have) you were encouraged to have multiple laser removal treatments, enough to eventually destroy the hair follicles. But now, with the bigwigs at the pharmaceutical companies and surgeons who care more about a payday than ethics, are more than happy to chop you up even if all you did was wax it once.
... You know, as islamic as it is, waxing would be easy since on their own account they can't feel anything.
It was my understanding this kind of mastectomy was performed exactly like one for breast cancer, thus the surgeons have never had to prioritize keeping the nipple intact before.
