Imagine how many solar panels and batteries they could have scored with that cash. Certainly enough to run a well and some ChudCams, at the very least.

Absolutely. Their first priority shouldn't have been a tractor, it should have been fixing their power and water supplies, or at the very least their power, which is an ongoing expensive drama. I'd ask WTF is wrong with them and their priorities and judgment, but... yeah.Imagine how many solar panels and batteries they could have scored with that cash. Certainly enough to run a well and some ChudCams, at the very least.
Ugh. I take back half of what I said. That is WAY more tractor than they need. But I'm guessing these hardworking women just had to have an enclosed cab with AC, heat, and radio.
the usual protocol is that after 3 newfag strikes you post your home address to the site so we can all show up for a BBQ cookout with our trans friends.Care to put your money where your mouth is, faggot?
Bring as many of your cowardly friends as you want; I'll go to prison, but all of you will go to the morgue.
(My apologies, simply a fairly newfag aiming to learn. So basically a sad sack in every aspect. I'll take my dumbs)
You got some learning to do, but I see some potential hereCare to put your money where your mouth is, faggot?

Hi, the drawing at 0:32 looks interesting. Here are my comments & points: - glass is expensive. In summer you might as well use PE plastic, and glass is probably mainly useful in winter. Think about it: why wouldn't current produce growers use this design? - sky angled glazing will let all the heat escape at night and it will easily freeze even in the fall IMO as the heat rises and exits and may get so hot during the day that plants are too hot and it should easily go over 100F during the day and maybe freeze at night with extreme temps. I don't see any vents. - there is only thermal mass around the edges and in the ground, so heat will just rise out the glass and cool off quite quickly. - there are no thermal buffers between the inside GH and the outside environment, so it will quickly drop below freezing in winter. - in winter if that glass is tilted up about 10 (or 15 degrees as seen in the drawing) and the sun at solar noon is about 20-25 degrees high in the sky, do the math: 180 - (15+25) = 140 - 90 (perpendicular) is at best 50 degrees off perpendicular, maybe 60 degrees, so perhaps half or more of the sunlight in late December at solar noon will simply reflect off the glazing and never enter the GH and even less for the rest of the day. The solar angle will work in the middle of summer, but still is far from perpendicular to the sun's rays even in spring and fall. - If you say that you're not planning to use the greenhouse in winter, then there is no reason to use using glass except as a thermal buffer for the house which will work, but is a very expensive thermal buffer. - Also, if you get a big snowfall, can that glass hold 2' of snow? It looks like No unless you have serious supports which are not seen in the diagram. - Also, the cisterns near the bottom or even gutters are seen. At first glance this design looks interesting but upon closer inspection has lots of issues.
so no rain harvesting at all? what's going on with the water situation?
(Edit, this is wrong - the Tranch is Lot 39, and the Earthship Lot 169A)Lot 152, Gibbs Drive: This is a new complaint filed by the Committee for multiple abandoned
cars, an RV, trash and debris scattered across the property, and other violations. This property
was previously condemned by the county. We will be working this property in the coming
months.
Happily the evil white supremacists who attempted to build that trainwreck are now getting at least some return on the money they wasted from the donations made by troons and troon supporters. Truly, the militia cannot stop winning! The Earthship looks like a sound investment. Sure, the original creator is abandoning it "70% finished" after a decade and sure, the lack of utilities is a problem, but once these hardworking and capable women can get away from the constant right-wing harassment to work on the Earthship that'll turn around. Especially once they get all of the sustainable ecosystems in place and they power the whole thing through the renewable resource of endless COOMING.

I imagine they ain't gonna finish any of it and dump anyone new at the "ship" to get them "adjusted" (Broken in like a Cult) all the while everyone who is a "true and honest" trancher gets to relax in a shitty house on the tranch, using all the power to play videos games, and maybe if they remember, feed the alpacas once a week or somethingI propose we name the new "earth ship" project troonlovsi. Its going to be cold, the people running it are commies, the residents will be used for heavy (slave) labour and there will be swamp draining/clearing activities constantly required.
How the fuck is that 70% done? I mean if the plan was to just put animals in there then yeah sure it might be 70% done but if they want human spending time in there I would say this is more closer to 30% done.Tenacious Unicorn Ranch's newdungeonearthship is truly the stuff of nightmares.

Not to be a “karen“ but are there any rules and regulations about how many people you’re allowed to have on what’s designated as farmland?Nigger have you seen the size of their property? They aren't exactly putting a whole lot of that land to use.
Because, you know, the strongest position in a land bid is plastering the internet full of "we have way too much free money and we can't spend it quick enough."Happily the evil white supremacists who attempted to build that trainwreck are now getting at least some return on the money they wasted from the donations made by troons and troon supporters. I hope Penny has considered that the place may be bugged in order to spy on the tenacious unicorns.
That's gold right there...I leave the thread for a few days and apparently their building a tranny concentration camp.
Yes, land sales are public information. Typically reserved for the local newspaper though as nobody cares enough to do something about it online, at least in my state. But most sites I get my address stuff does have property history on itAre land sale prices public information? Does this new culture barracks happen to cost the same as their GFM just brought in by an amazing coincidence?
Just how I like it.There's a lot of falling for pasta in this thread.
words have meaning
edit: what is the difference between a troon and a transvestite anyway?
Honestly I think Penny might be a secret business genius because he can just make some garbage housing, call it “rural“ and then just siphon off the SSDI tugboats off a handful of retards until they can’t take it anymore. He can then get some free Twitter klout by calling them weak on social media and get a new handful of retards in to pay maybe $1000 a month to live there like kevin does.
Shop vacs would have been a good investment. They can't even keep their current house clean.
That grazing thing is what started the bundy fiasco. The original builders of the earthship have a video up on You Tube

The two comments there suggest that they thought it through as much as the troons
I don't know how the lot numbers relate to the properties, but on the list of delinquents last autumn was this:
Now if they are already having issues with the HOA (and we've not seen any real evidence so far) then buying the scuzziest lot on the whole estate could go one of two ways. If they got on well with their neighbours and were popular locally, then they might get people volunteering to help them tidy the new place up. If on the other hand ...... need I say more.
But I suppose that the "looks like it came from Star Wars" factor overrides everything in Troon World. I wonder how many slaves they could fit inside.
Edit (not interesting enough on their own for a new post)
There was a little kerfuffle a few years ago wheh the HOA was sued by some landowners for selling grazing rights and lost. Someone on the anti-HOA side started a blog but got bored soon afterwards and there's not much there apart from this little line on local stocking density.

So the tranch can grow enough fodder over the year to support potentially ONE COW. In a good year. Trying to grow anything here is a total waste of time. It'll cost more than the crops you get are worth. Now where have I heard that line before.
And due process on the new lot? Don't worry, the troons are on to that.
