Gender is of course a social construct, because a kid playing with any kind of toy or wearing any kind of clothing is, and always will remain, the sex they are.

Every time I think to myself that maybe it's all in my heads and I should stop hanging out so much around radfem/gender critical groups, something happens that reinforce their views. The first time I saw this story on Reddit and someone said "she", I just knew he was trans. Wiki says he knew he was a girl at 10, the age of his father's victim. I don't think that's a coincidence. Maybe he was abused as a child and has grown to rationalize it as not that bad so he didn't think his dad had done anything wrong when he hired him. And of course he was involved in Stonewall, the organization gendercritical fems and allies have been sounding the alarm on for years now. As they've been saying, there's a reason Reddit is so fanatical about banning gender critical subs but rape and incest "fantasy" subs are allowed to run rampant.
