Suing the Strata - Harassment by WGKitty on kiwifarms

There's two units for sale right now if any of you are looking to be Yaniv's newest neighbour. Also, wow, these are tiny units. I mean given that they're out in Walnut Grove and not Yaletown or something, 500 sq feet is tiny.
Units for Sale at the Hawthorne (archive)

Do we know what unit Yaniv is in?
I'm going with the 745 sq ft one that's for sale because - hippo shower curtain:

"I am a disabled transgender woman who is handicapped"

That sentence is a 100% truth failure

Also disabled and handicapped are the same fucking thing, you moron. Well considering he has lopped off his jonny moron is a given
imma go out on a limb here and theorize that Exceptional Jessica here thinks "disabled" covers different things than "handicapped" or that the two barely overlap, using "Handicapped" in the physical sense ( the aforementioned alleged "mobility issues") while using "Disabled" to refer to the entire enchilada of what can be wrong with a person, mental included. At this point there's no question there's some mental disabilities here so Jessica was covering all the bases, but whoever said to say it that way if it didn't come out of their own head is just as Exceptional.

How's his brain tumor doing these days?

This is a nice-looking apartment but I can't help but notice it seems to be an interior bathroom with a vent fan about half the size it needs to be to pull the air from that room.

I guess this is just contractor autism, but that place is going to get damp and ruined really fast, and it speaks to pretty bad build quality overall. I really really hope the price isn't as high as I'm thinking it is for BC real estate.

Is that a fan or vent for central heating/cooling? Also, never a big fan of an electrical item (microwave) over a heat source.

No further details as not trying to either PL or out myself but: I used to live in a place that met these criteria.

In a nutshell, you work around it by having a) a shower - for ten minutes or so and then b) the fan on - for another thirty, roughly.

Sure does make you plan ahead when you have your showers, mind (NOT 5 mins before you have to leave for work - unless you want to pay the electricity bill for it being on all day).

But, to be honest: minor inconvenience but totally manageable.

OTOH, my experience of "batshit insane neighbours" is sort of topped by "the one who told me she deserved my boyfriend more than I did - and proceeded to tell the same thing to his mother" ... I'd pick that crazy bitch again over JY any day.

... I mean, on second thought (Jon, we all know you read along):

I'm out, I'm proud and I live next door to THE THING (TM).
You bastard. You still haven't paid me off for the $20 I loaned you.

I'll ne right over.

With a bat.

Fuck Minecraft.

How much power does a fan use? Even if it’s 50 watts and electricity costs 15 cents per kWH, running it all month would only cost $5.40.

I don't know about the fan. It's priced at market for the area. If it looks low by Vancouver standards it's because Langley is pretty far out from the city and has comparatively reasonably priced housing stock. If the bathroom were leaky, would it be obvious by now? It's a 12-year-old building.

I would, but everyone bitches when I put death metal on.
Dude, you're misunderstanding the lot of us here!

We're all just as into death metal as you are, generally speaking, we just think your particular tastes in sub-genre are pretty cringeworthy.

I mean, I thought we'd all agreed upon Death Metal and 80s Punk being the official soundtrack of the place at that last strata meeting?

You may have agreed, yet you still excluded my Greta Death metal.
I'm gonna sue

Is that the meeting where I got too pissed and missed the vote on the communal music? Fuck. Next meeting I’m nominating Air Supply. Again. Out of the 119 people who either turn up or are allowed a proxy, I think so far I have 41% of the votes.
