what do you guys think will happen when they eventually declare everyone not guilty?
Voir dire consisted of basically every single member of the jury pool admitting they'd seen the video and already personally disliked the defendant.
Floyd died in hospital, you hyperbolic dweeb.
He was declared dead there, because unless your fucking head is detached from your body or you are in advanced decomposition, paramedics do not get to declare you dead. At the scene, he had no pulse.

Lol I’m not trying to make it all about me. I’m just saying that I can see where the logic of the phrase comes from.

And even with that statement under consideration, it doesn’t change my mind about him being unable to breathe as a direct result of the knee because he was saying that long before he was on the ground.
"he is already having trouble breathing so let's hogtie and put weight on his chest & neck. we might get the nobel prize for this amazing maneuver"

That won’t happen, though. The jury is going to go along with the third degree murder charge in an attempt to avoid a lifetime of death threats.
hmmm, succumbing to public pressure? are there any examples of this happening in other such high profile cases? asking because im non-burger

Not officially, but jury trials are always an exercise in “you’re all supposed to be blank slates who don’t read the news or pay attention to the activists outside” idealism that just isn’t reality.

If you had taken a cocktail of drugs, regardless of whether it was accidental or not, and had someone kneel on your back for several minutes
I'm not stupid enough to pass counterfeit currency and shoplift while high on illegal drugs, then compound the stupidity by necking the rest of my stash to try avoiding a justified drug arrest. You really need to understand Floyd brought this on himself.

True but not necessarily relevant. CPR massively extends the possibility of survival from a drug overdose or cardiac event. Floyd was in an automatic CPR device the whole way to the hospital, where he continued to be worked on until it was clear it was hopeless and he was called. Interestingly, with drugs and intervention like this, cardiac events are very survivable. You know what's not? Drug overdoses, especially when there is no immediate diagnosis indicating naltrexone/Narcan.
My belief is that Floyd died of an opiate overdose that was misdiagnosed and as such he did not get appropriate acute treatment. Your mileage may vary.

i read on wikipedia (lol, its an edit warzone) that the family had a private autopsy held a week after the official autopsy and found he died due to asphyxiation. In the video the knee was also on the neck not the upper shoulders
Yes, they were unsatisfied with the official autopsy, by the guy who actually examined the body, because it didn't make Chauvin look guilty enough, so they hired lying quack Dr. Michael Baden, one of the quacks who got O.J. Simpson off, as well as helped Scientology get away with a murder, to make up some bullshit to make Chauvin look guilty.

I would consider any product produced by this pay-to-lie guy to be absolute garbage. However, he looks good in front of a jury, which is usually composed of idiots too dumb to get out of jury duty, and this jury has been hand-picked for stupidity and bias. So he could very well convince a jury, even though if there were a dictionary of phrases, and it had "paid liar" in it, his picture would be the example.

Depends on what you mean by eventually, if Chauvin is acquitted during the initial trial? Minneapolis will be so thoroughly gutted by the following riots that entire districts will be like Dresden in the aftermath of allied bombing campaigns, that is, you won't even be able to see where the roads were in certain places. If the defense wins on appeal? You'll probably see the summer 2020 riots again.

:Edit: Chauvin, not Floyd, I really need some sleep, keerist.

I can't even begin to imagine what the poor guy is thinking. The entire [[[media]]] has labeled him evil white neon nazi supreme-ist, and I can only imagine after hearing that 24/7 for years now that guy is close to if not already at a mental breaking point. His wife left him, and he is known and will forever be known as the 'guy who killed Saint Fentanyl Floyd'

Probably just thinking he is one of the must unlucky mother fuckers on the planet right now.
How did Zimmerman get by?

Once upon a time he was the absolute definition of integrity in the role. He lost his job as chief ME of NYC after a month because he refused to certify the death of a young black construction worker as ‘psychosis with exhaustion’ when the guy had actually had his trachea crushed when a cop restrained him with a baton across the throat.

Minneapolis has it coming. Fuck Minneapolis. Don't call it a grave, it's the future you chose.

There was outrage after Zim-zam flim-flamed Tray-tray, but that was the pre-woke era, and I don't remember nation wide riots over the death of that hoodrat. The WuFlu, Fentanyl Floyd's riots, and the coming vaccine passports all seem part of a plan for The New Normal.

He's going to be charged guilty, no way would they risk another riot by saying otherwise. Besides, there is going to be no unbiased jury, he's going to be sentanced for sure
If you’re talking sentencing, that’s not usually up to a jury. They say guilty or not guilty on each charge, and the judge decides the penalty for the charges the defendant is found guilty on.

My money says there’ll be a guilty verdict on whatever the state’s version of negligent homicide is (because when he went quiet and limp, the cops didn’t put him in the recovery position or start CPR) and a sentence of like 5 years, which will cause rage on both sides of the aisle.

So then it's the best possible outcome for us? Equality of tard rage and sperging?

Imagine being a juror on this trial and walking through this mob on your way in.

Regardless of the facts, I fear for Chauvin's chances unless this guy happens to be on the jury.

So.....this happened:

His dumbshit sister publicly made a statement about how all lives manner. Great timing to be sure, and totally not awkward at all
I wouldn't be surprised if some members of this piece of shit's family didn't actually like him much. He was a lifelong criminal and he probably did some nasty shit to them, too.

Honestly, Chauvin's only chance for a fair trial may depend on the very fact the jury has to cope with these deranged, violent terrorists every day.
