with "move into any other position? Tie him to a tree if you want, sit on the dudes arms and legs, etc.

"Crowd baying for cop blood, please move so that we can locate a tree to drag this 260 pound resisting junkie toward, thanks."

And what do you think the other cops were doing? Oh yeah, pinning his legs and such because that was the maximum restraint hold. The one they were trained to do in that situation.

You keep saying "do something different!" and when presented with the reasons why they were doing what they were doing and why the retarded alternates you propose aren't done you ignore them.

In this case, its actually proving that he put Floyd in an unreasonable situation which could have contributed to death.

"Following the protocol and training to secure a foaming-at-the-mouth junkie resisting arrest is totally unreasonable, guys. They should just let this massive dude flop around all over the street and sidewalk. He never would have died that way!"

No you fucking won't. You'll post racist memes online to your friends and cross the street to avoid black people in real life just like most of the tough guys in this thread.
> "Fuck this gay country, I'm moving to a country full of based white people."
> Russia and former USSR members are shitholes
> fuck
> "Well fuck those countries, I'm going to move to based Nippon"
> Japanese people always condesend to you because you're a gringo, property prices are insane, no citizenship
>fuck
> finally bite the bullet and move to China
> you are never seen again as soon as you log in to kiwifarms because someone posted the Chinese Censorship copypasta

Just move to the countryside for some fucking peace if you really need it. A change of scenery can do wonders.

Big shoutouts to everyone sharing good ass information so far. And also shout outs to those in the thread who make me want to drink bleach in embarrassment. Most people here aren't going full /pol/ cringe or sjw cringe at least.

So wait is the purpose of this witness to say that the crowd was just peaceful people who dindu nuffin? They asked her if anyone had threatened the police and she said no, but the MMA guy just admitted in his testimony that he did, in fact, tell the cops he wanted to kill them. Why is this woman here except to appeal to pathos?

If Floyd was still alive i am sure he would be high as a kite breaking into someone's home this very moment. Such a promising life cut short by literally hitler
he would probably be raping someone to the point of stockholm syndrome if the past is anything to go by

Well, here's the thing.

We'll see how this plays out in court. I promise you, as retarded as you are- it will be brought up that they could have switched to a different hold position, their police department will support that admission, and that will get him the manslaughter charge. Wait and see.

Again- strawman, but read previous post here.
That Chauvin should have taken his knee off of Floyd's neck once Floyd's breathing was getting significantly more shallow, and that's where the witnesses will come in, including the other cops testimony potentially. This doesn't rely on the procedure itself being criminal or wrong, but just that he continued with the procedure for too long when he should have switched to another one, thus engaging in unreasonable risk that could have contributed to Floyd's death.
I get that you don't think anything of Chauvin's behavior was wrong in the slightest and probably have some ideological blinders on, but even if it wasn't murder- and I don't think it should be considered that, it does seem like he did fuck up in keeping his knee on Floyd's neck for longer than most people would consider wise.

Even in terms of self-preservation, freezing in that position with cameras on him is not the best look.

Hadn’t Chauvin gotten in trouble before this incident for acting out? Also holy shit I hate this lady’s crying

Edit: Don’t understand what good the crowd at the scene thinks they’re doing by bothering the police officers and trying to tell them how to do their job
Crowds got a really weird way of helping by being the way, blocking, yelling, and even throwing things

Or maybe its because they want there fellow blackie to get out free and know the government will bend over backwards for them

Why are we having a bunch of literal children who couldn't see shit up on the stand?

"I couldn't see Chauvin check Floyd's pulse!"

Yeah, 'cause Chauvin never did check Floyd's pulse. The other officers checked his pulse a few times, though.

Edit:

Former US attorney on MSNBC:

"This might seem like an easy case, but it's not. The prosecution needs to prove intent and needs to prove cause of death."

Oh sure let's allow people off the street claiming they're first responders to intervene in an arrest. Also the policeman was scary, he scared me. WTF it was a hostile crowd.
The head of the Minneapolis police union says George Floyd's "violent criminal history" needs to be remembered and that the protests over his death are the work of a "terrorist movement."
-but he wasn't a felon, and it's not hard to get a felony conviction in America.
He was a convicted felon who did prison time for a violent felony and was repeatedly arrested for felonies, making him a predicate felon.

Do you remember the barely human nigger bitch that testified at the Zim Zam's trial?

All these kangaroo courts bring out the best nogs.

He was absolutely a felon, you can't even get the most basic elements of this case right.

But he was a felon, he was arrested many times in the past, including holding a pregnant woman hostage by belly with a gun, as well as raiding and doing so many drugs.
And the Burning of a city, and open murders in the street of Portland Oregan does look like terrorist work that our country for some reason tolerates.

Why are you here if your just gonna be a faggot about this? Don't you have a reddit thread to moderate?

I can't tell if you're a retard or just "pretending" to be a retard but either way you're shitting up the thread
