Okay so because big things that prove my point didn't happen across literally every square mile of America you felt the need to jump in with this. I get that in your world Boise, Idaho blowing up is somehow the exact same as New York City blowing up, but in the real world we can notice patterns and ascertain conclusions from them.
There are a lot of twitter users that are in the US, 50 million that are active, but that doesn't mean all 50 million are going to he thinking the exact same thing. There could be a chance that said american twitter user is highly political and left leaning, but there could also be a good chance that said twitter user doesn't care about politics and looks at images of foxes or something. If a political post has 1.5 million likes, those aren't exclusively american. It could be a mix of american, UK, ireland, or other countries that might have a large english speaking populace. Not to mention there are people on twitter who AREN'T left leaning that could be part of that 50 million.

Yes, twitter absolutely has pull on america, but pulling up mainstream media or news networks and seeing dumb shit on twitter and going "this is what every american genuinely believes" is dumb.

Experts point to the possibility that people like Floyd, who have struggled with opioid addiction, build up a tolerance for the drugs.
“If you become tolerant to the opioid, then higher doses don’t affect you to the same degree,” Dr. Christo said.
Christo says a fentanyl level that might be fatal for one person, might not be for another.
“So, someone who’s using opioids regularly, certainly that concentration may not be fatal,” he said.
I wonder how jurors are going to respond to that kind of defense if it gets brought up. "Floyd was a fentanyl connoisseur."

I have no idea why you are zeroing in on Twitter when I was speaking of internet social media broadly. Only 20% of people use Twitter? Well that's interesting, around 23% of Americans read a newspaper, and 50% of them watch TV news, and TV news is pretty much all about what people are saying on Twitter or inspired by Twitter influencers.
Learn how to actually live in the real world, retard.

And we are at record levels of people having no faith in Corporate news sources.

Please, get off the internet and actually look out a window for once.

Edit: I'm zeroing in on Twitter because you're entire diatribe was in response to someone mocking twitter.

I never said that everyone in America is viewing Twitter. I said the interne tis the largest part of people's lives. I also pointed out that 50% of Americans get their news frm TV and TV news is controlled by people obsessed with Twitter, going so far as to use Twitter as a primary source for their stories.
"Nobody cares about the social media platforms I hate" is such a faggoty battlecry of old-internet weirdos. I don't like Twitter either, but pretending like it doesn't have an influence, or that you need a broad consensus to get anything done in the country, is actually depressingly stupid.
Twitter 's become garbage so like everyone else I'm elsewhere. The media tries to sell Twitter as a legit indicator of trends and opinion when everyone knows its not. I have lost count how many times someone posts "Why is a rando Tweet news?" comment on news website. The same goes for an article about a Reddit post.

I genuinely feel bad for this kid. Was there a reason Floyd remained outside of the store after it was obvious the owner wanted him to return the cigs? Because to me it seems like he was just trying to flex or taunt them. If he had just left, the most likely outcome is the kid gets docked a $20 and everyone goes home to their tendies.

Some people having no faith in corporate news sources doesn't mean they dont believe what they peddle

just like the january shitshow, many are already backtracking

Its George floyd, he probly thought he was hot shit that he got away with such a fine and prime banana and phone repair, that he had to flex on the poor teen just doing his job

"Did you see Mr Floyd....do his little dance?"
"Did you see him with the Banana?"

Damn these are good questions
I wonder how many people just googled george floyd banana dance. I know I fucking did lmao

Definitely a flex.

Or

Just a high as a kite retard.

I can do it for you. The prosecution knows they are fucked for proving Chauvin is the one who did Floyd in. The coroner report is damning. So they are appealing to emotion, trying to overload the jury with feels.

The problem is their witnesses aren't... really good.
Major caveat that I fundamentally disagree with you on the extralegal argument on whether or not Chauvin's actions were appropriate or justified, so you can absolutely disregard anything else I have to say, because I'm definitely not impartial. That being said, I think the guy on the stand today has been a solid witness so far. He's been very matter of fact, in stark contrast to the firefighter woman who couldn't compose herself yesterday.

Edit: What this witness's bluntness does for the prosecution, I dunno.

Listening to Nelson, something kinda irks me about his voice. Something about the inflection in his voice.

Then it hit me. He is like the infinitely more competent version of Tim Heidecker as an attorney.
This is one of the funniest things I have ever watched. It's somehow a masterpiece even though it's the dumbest and most dull topic you can do a comedy piece on.
