Major caveat that I fundamentally disagree with you on the extralegal argument on whether or not Chauvin's actions were appropriate or justified, so you can absolutely disregard anything else I have to say, because I'm definitely not impartial. That being said, I think the guy on the stand today has been a solid witness so far. He's been very matter of fact, in stark contrast to the firefighter woman who couldn't compose herself yesterday.
Would it surprise you to know I don't find Chauvin's actions to be appropriate for the situation? By the coroner's report, he didn't kill Floyd as Floyd was dead as soon as he popped the pills. BUT at the same time, I can safely say that the knee hold was not appropriate for a man who wasn't fighting or really physically resisting to any major degree.

These are not mutually exclusive views. The difference is that I hold that the latter isn't worthy of murder or even manslaughter charges, but is worthy of administrative action.

This destroys blm

Personally I say defund the police entirely. Sometimes the only way to get people to understand why they shouldn't have what they want is, ironically, to give it to them.
Don't, thats what happened here in argentina and only caused a slippery-slope where laws go passed that limited police and self-defense and now cant be changed because its a massive legal clusterfuck. The rich libs that supported this are now living in literally gated cities like nordelta (google it) or massive building complexes in puerto madero with 24/7 private security. The ones that cant afford that just cope but dont admit they got duped hard and supported shitty ideas, some even double down and dont stop even after a villero beats them to an inch of their life to steal their iphone

You already have commiefornians moving out of the shithole they created, did they change their ideology? nope, and now are infecting other states. Same shit here except they fucked the entire country so now some are moving overseas to countries that are of course first-world and overwhelmingly white like in northern europe, same as your libs saying they want to leave murrica but they never choose non-white countries, shocker!

I agree with all of that, but I do think we might see the opposite of Jury Nullification. They'll go into that delibration room, know he didn't break the law, but know they need to find him guilty of "something" to "make up for slavery" or "because they'll fucking find us and kill us" and they'll find SOEMTHING to nail him on.
Thankfully the prosecution are doing such a piss-poor job so far that this is looking increasingly unlikely. But a hung-jury because of the reasons you've stated isn't out of the question imo.

I give it a week before some autist stealths pictures of the jurors and we fall into the Mistrial adventure anyway.

Well there certainly wouldn’t be if there was no suffocation. For instance, if he died because he scarfed down a couple of pills that had an unexpected dose of meth, which along with panicking over being arrested and going to jail for the sixth time in ten or so years, caused his severely diseased heart to go into arrest.
When you graduate junior high we should also discuss the difference between suffocation and asphyxiation.

We should also discuss the difference between 1st degree murder and 2nd degree murder when you graduate kindergarten. Chauvin is on trial for allowing someone to die while trying to hurt them and not necessarily pre meditated murder. The prosecution is really going to fuck this up by going for the worst possible scenario charge.

The fact is George Floyd died because he was not attended to while saying he could not breathe. Was it entirely suffocation or asphyxiation? The difference? Lack of oxygen and only the method of denying it. The difference is almost non existent. What really differentiates this shit is wether the charge is Chauvin trying to kill him on purpose or just not giving a fuck while the waste of time negro died under his knee.

Wether George Floyd had enough oxygen or not is beyond the fact that he said he could not breathe and no one did shit except hold him down.

They should fill the jury with anti BLM haters. Why not? No this has nothing to do with BLM. It has nothing to do with wether he was black or not. It also has nothing to do with the fact that there are many vice versa BLM haters.

It has to do with the fact someone said they could not breathe and the cops were like "fuck you junkie." Everyone else can now be like "yeah fuck that junkie nigger. It was not 1st degree murder."

So what? What does the autopsy report? Heart attack? Asphyxiation? Combination?

There is no question Chauvin is guilty of denying Floyd treatment and GF died because of it. Wether he is nailed with 3rd degree murder or a harsher charge there is no way Chauvin will get off scott free. No one deserves to die because the cop doesn't feel "its time to let a handcuffed ODing nigger get some medical help" as everyone keeps saying.

Also if he was having a heart attack then suffocation could hurry the bodies response to a heart attack and he dies sooner and there would be less of the bodies response to try and suck in more air and bruise more if he was already dying. It does not mean he not also suffocating.

It does not mean he was not murdered. Was it in the 1st degree or 3rd degree? That is what needs to be proven. But Chauvin will not get off the hook.

I am not a rioter though. So this is not fuel for me to go burn down a city because of a bad verdict. Wether Chauvin gets life or not I am sure he will get 5 years prison and never ever ever ever ever be allowed on the force again. A lifetime of doing dishes at Denny's awaits him after a lengthy term in the ass fuck ward.

Being a hard thug cop gets you hard thug cop consequences. He gets something. Hopefully the prosecution makes a clear case and does not muddle things with a passionate response.

I wonder how jurors are going to respond to that kind of defense if it gets brought up. "Floyd was a fentanyl connoisseur."

Yeah its a great defense "fuck the fentanyl consuming nigger. Chauvin was a hero. MAGA."

Chauvin is the reason smart people have abortions so their kids do not have to grow up in a world where its ok to be a piece of crap murdering rapist as long as the person raped/murdered/combination was a fentanyl consuming nigger.

Oh wait. Now I am thinking with passion. Not a great thing to enter a court room with is a passionate response.

I am not entering a court room though. Just saying I think people have rights wether they are a fentanyl connoisseur or not.

He did resist getting into the police car and was agitated

There is a video of a thug getting narcan and then shooting his savior, the police was just watching the people passing by

Twitter 's become garbage so like everyone else I'm elsewhere. The media tries to sell Twitter as a legit indicator of trends and opinion when everyone knows its not. I have lost count how many times someone posts "Why is a rando Tweet news?" comment on news website. The same goes for an article about a Reddit post.
I've seen news articles that were nothing but a series of fucking tweets.
Twitter may not be the end all of public opinions But them journalist love it like a hooker loves crack

The jury will also get to see Floyd complaining about breathing before he was ever in a hold on the ground, they took him out of a police car because of his whining. They had also called the paramedics with the highest urgency. Both of those things don't lead me to think they where acting maliciously.
