If that's true--Okay, and? How do you know that all four cops including Chauvin knew his entire criminal background while they were arresting him? Did they just rewatch all of the footage of his previous arrests that happened, mind you, 10-20 years prior to this one in the car on the way there?

>high priority call
over a fake $20 bill?

Where in the law does it say that wriggling around when you're being arrested is grounds for a death sentence?
They didn't have to know his history if it's something they recognized as a common distraction tactic. Pointing out his personal history of yelling "I CANT BREAF" for no reason just points out that he used that particular tactic. His previous arrest wasn't "10-20 years ago" it was May 2019, just over a year prior.

The high priority call refers to the ambulance call, not the initial police call.

Watching the media desperately attempt to make positive takes is lulz worthy.

They still have no idea how badly the EMT poisoned the well yesterday. Everything they kept referring to is emotional virtue signaling.
That shit can't stand in any legit court of law. It's mob rule, not justice.

I just want to take a moment to note how tremendously fucked up it is that the corner store owner takes money out of his workers' paychecks if they accept counterfeit bills. Motherfucker should run his own cash drawer if it's such an issue.
I wouldn't feel bad at all if the mob destroys the store, the other guys can probably get work on any other store its not like it has a high skill requirement

Just to hit on this point and sorry for my legalese retardation, but if the prosecution didn't call him and the defense then did, can he not tell them to fuck off? Can the state or a defendant compel a third party to testify in a criminal case?
Yes. They can issue subpoenas, and the court can enforce the subpoenas by finding a witness who refuses to testify in contempt, and either fine them (sometimes on a daily basis) or hold them in jail until they comply.

The party forcing an unwilling witness to testify might not end up happy with the results, though. There are techniques for dealing with this, though. If the court grants a request to declare the witness a hostile witness, the party calling the witness can then ask leading questions (questions that suggest the answer and invite only a yes or no response) and issue impeachment evidence and questioning to discredit the witness.

Given any other choice, you'd usually rather get evidence from a witness who is willing to be there.

I was a police officer for 4 years before I quit when I discobered the New Natural Way. I met a junkie fleeing in a vehicle. Myself and my partner got there late, not too late or anything dramatic. We arrived to hassle and back-up the arresting officers who caught up with him 2 miles outside of the smaller city (I won't dox myself). His car wasn't gassed up so in less than 15 minutes of high speed burn he burned out.

He was hopped up, uncooperative but unlike George of the Jungle he was skinny ~60 year old White Trash. Repeat drug offenses, conviction, vagrancy. So we didn't have to use a combination BJJ and my partner didn't have to climb on top of the squad car and catch him with a crippler crossface to win the match.

My penis is on the smaller side, so it stood out to me when the junkie knew that. He accused me of being "Big Shit with a Bitty Dick" over and over again. I asked him what he meant by that and he told me about his flesh. His New Flesh. I became entranced and although it was months before I came and then came to the natural conclusion, or the "New Natural" one. That is how it happened.

And illegal. However, he could just fire them if they take a counterfeit bill instead.

Reminds me a lot of the same shit restraunts pull for servers that have people run out before paying the bill. It's either out of your paycheck or you're fired.

It's blantently illegal, but places get away with it all the time.

Every live stream I see is at a break. Is there a non-shit stream with chat enabled available? Every one I look at is MSM bullshit.

depends on the state, most allow employers to dock employees for their negligence.

He's dead now. That's pretty good evidence towards the fact that he wasn't lying.
>respiratory distress much later
he went limp after 9 minutes of being pinned to the ground and a puddle of piss started to leak out from the body
Floyd yelling he can't breathe, taking a deep breath, then yelling he couldn't breathe again is evidence he was lying, especially as he started yelling that while he was in the car.
Yes, I agree with you, it's perfectly normal to yell you can't breathe for 15 minutes or so before you finally stop talking.

I could simplify what you are arguing against:

"BLM vandalized my town. Let the cop go and end this riot nonsense"

To simplify what will happen if George Floyd walks:

A movement so great a riot so large it will make the summer BLM riots look like a joke.

But fair is fair. So to simpify I want to say "I agree with you." I agree with you.
YOur a idiot, they gonna riot regardless if hes locked up or let go. The Burn Loot and Murder gang gives zero shits about justice and just want a excuse

Anyone have any clips or transcripts of her getting cross-examined? Or can you point me to the page ITT?

Do we call an ambulance on this guy or would that trigger another chimpout?

I'm pretty sure that's not even legal.

Maybe if it's actual incompetence, like taking an obviously blue $20 bill, but there's no easy way to detect a competent counterfeit unless you're testing every single bill and, if so, the employees should have the equipment to do that. If they don't have a counterfeit detector or even those pens, it isn't their fault and the employer is just stealing from the employee.

Oh no I figured the 10 minutes of "I can't breath" was like mind reading. Shit.

Oh how would a criminal prefer to be arrested? Well I was replying to the post I quoted in response to it seemed like Chauvin did a good job by giving Floyd what he wanted apparently he wanted to be put in the car then taken out of the car then held down on the street.

Its retarded reddit tier shit. Because reddit is apparently more retarded then kiwi farms. Its retarded as hell.

What did Floyd asked to be put in the car then taken out and held down by 5 people in the street? Could the cops not have consistently checked his pulse while he said he could not breathe for 10 minutes? Are cops not trained in CPR?

Was all this allowable because George Floyd may have been high? If this the entire defense for Chauvin? How much fentantyl was in his system anyway?

If the fentanyl was from the day before then is Chauvin guilty? Or did he act within code of police conduct.

Is Chauvin the kind of guy everyone wants patrolling their kids kindergarten?

Yeah fucking right. I will bet.

But that is everyone's story and they are sticking to it huh?

He was a great guy. Great cop. Totally acted within conduct. Totally innocent. Reinstate him and have him patrol the kindergartens he keeps the dangerous fentantyl consuming perps away from the kids.

The kids would love to watch Chauvin doing his job. They could grow up to be like him and join the force.
The body cam footage unedited is in this thread to watch, or you can continue to be a niggerfaggot. Choice is yours.

It's not legal without written authorization after the fact. However, they could just fire them instead, so most people would probably just pay up and shut up.

escalating the situation past the point of reasonable force for a non-violent crime.
What? Please people, if you have no idea what you're talking about just shut the fuck up. Escalation of force during an arrest has virtually nothing to do with the crime itself. There isn't exactly a "misdemeanor arrest procedure" and a "felony arrest procedure" in the course of the arrest/detainment itself. If you fail to obey commands or become combative you will be escalated upon, and for good reason. A significant number of arrests for petty crimes, or even traffic stops end up with the cops finding a gun, or the suspect running and trying to ditch a gun (at least with black recidivists they do).
Oh no I figured the 10 minutes of "I can't breath" was like mind reading. Shit.

[Sperging intensifies]
I don't suppose you've ever associated with ghetto blacks? How about junkies and petty criminals? No? I didn't think so. You literally have no clue about the people you're trying to defend. They would gladly steal your shit and probably beat you up in the process, then fight the cops and lie in court when the law caught up with them. You might be surprised to hear that jail and prison is full of people who deserve to be there too. Absolutely clueless.

I don't like the cops and I've said as much repeatedly. But the reasons I don't like them have nothing to do with them arresting and (almost always with good cause) killing shitbags. It's incredibly tiresome to hear emotionally-laden garbage opinions from people who have zero experience on either side of the law, or even any relevant peripheral experience like Fire/EMS.

Ima just say this: The media is so biased.
The last trial I watched in full was Zimmerman and I thought the same thing back then. What trial are they watching? Lmao

This might be OT, but I’m genuinely curious: is anyone experiencing this whole BLM/Floyd era while in an interracial relationship? Overall, what a fucking ride. I’ve had in-laws ask me to “protect my partner” so he doesn’t get killed. Good thing he’s not a junkie who fights cops- I think he’ll be fine.
