It's been my experience, as little as that may be worth, that the people who dislike joggers/niggos/basketball-americans/dindus the most are the ones who are required to deal with them on a regular basis.
I lived in a very diverse city with lots of immigrants. Once you get to know people the amount that admit to not being racist till they came to America is scarily high.

The MOVE firebombing has a lot of context that is missed by one off statements like "They bombed them because they're black!" MOVE had a decade of violent action against the citizenry and police of Philadelphia, at one point sending death threats containing chemical formula for dynamite or some other explosive material to 10 Downing St for some bizarre reason. MOVE killed police officers, beat the shit out of a bunch of Hippies and stole their house (the '78 house firefight took place here) alongside terrorizing the locals of any location they set up shop in. MOVE were anarchy-primitivist so they let their kids run around naked and would break up concrete sidewalks "to let the earth breath" alongside other nasty stuff like throwing feces all over their lawn along with trash. But MOVE never understood any of their own ideology and would use technology in spite of being anarchy-primitives. They fortified their house and would use loudspeakers at all hours of the day screaming profanity, 3am on Christmas morning is good as any time to hear about "The fukken whyte man oppressing all you mutha fukkas with this Santa Clause bullshit!" This obviously enraged the locals of Osage street so they kept petitioning the city to do something, about it. Eventually Mayor Goode, the first black mayor, couldn't duck the issue any longer and HAD to act. Police got into a firefight and a stalemate ensued, the tactics used in the '78 incident no longer worked, MOVE fortified the building so that the water cannons pouring water in from the roof would no longer flood the building and basement. Goaded into a corner the police opted to blow the roof off and let the water cannons do their thing, this ended up with the fire getting out of control and since Firefighters wont go into an active combat zone the fire quickly spread to a large number of houses leaving the locals justifiably pissed.
It's sort of up for debate if MOVE actually killed that officer, as almost all the weapons in the house were nonfunctional and they'd turned over a bunch to the cops before the 78 raid. They were awful neighbors and all that, but dynamiting the building was a really dumb fucking decision no matter how you looked at it.

Yeah that's one of the worst ones. You don't really hear about it since it doesn't benefit any political side.
Isn't it sick? BLM should atleast try to pretend police reform is part of their policy changes. Daniel Shaver was executed. He was shot dead surrendering and cowering. Floyd was chimping it up until he was in the chokehold. Shaver is a literal textbook example of completely gross use of lethal force by law enforment in the US. The cop who shot him didn't see a day in jail and because who he shot was white NOPE forget him.

Then again if BLM gave a fuck about black lives it would address 88.58% of black homicide victims are shot by blacks.

Honestly think he’ll be deemed guilty but the punishment won’t be as severe as people would want it to be.

A big part of the reason Shaver's case got forgotten was the county PD did their fucking best to memory hole the whole thing and the prosecutor wasn't able to actually pursue any charges, because lol arizona. Motherfucker got a SEVERANCE package from the county police department.

I seem to recall my father reconting stories from the Battle of Mogadishu, and it was purported that the Somalians had been chewing khat, such that they wouldn't feel pain and could progress and march on their enemies despite being fired upon.
I can believe it. While living abroad for a few years in thailand, I consumed khat tea religiously. I was training muay thai in Phuket (for fun, not competition) and a lot of the guys would drink it to relieve a lot of aches and pains, as well as giving you the energy to go work after destroying your body in training.

Do....do they actually think this'll affect them?

4chan has historically been akin to a virtual Mongolian horde. They siege your forums, spam gore in your wholesome 100 chungus threads, violate your women (verbally), and leave a trail of traumatized soyboys and dangerhairs in their wake.

They don't get discouraged by people disliking them. If anything that's exactly the reaction they want.

That's why they want them addicted to sucking on Big Nanny's tit. Black people actually acting as full agents in control of their destiny terrifies them. You won't see many of these people quoting a guy like Booker T. Washington.

That isn't jury nullification, though. It's just the jury hearing testimony and saying "that guy is completely full of shit" and disregarding their testimony. Jury nullification is when the jury, despite the law and despite having accepted facts that show the violation of a law, still say "fuck this shit we're not convicting this guy" for whatever reason, but generally, because they feel that either the law itself or the specific prosecution is unjust.

Juries have every right to do this. I personally probably wouldn't because I'd usually find it unethical, but I'd probably be stricken from a jury if I admitted that not only do I know of jury nullification but generally approve of at least its existence.
I’d definitely acquit someone who blew away a proven child molester, even if they did it on camera and signed a statutory declaration that they planned it in advance, had zero remorse, and would do it a second time if given the chance.
Strangely, I’ve never been selected for jury duty.

It gives me no end of joy watching reddit / twitter retards realize how ineffectual and impotent their arguments are outside of their cesspool echo chambers. It's like watching bacteria die upon exposure to oxygen.

Also, great work good sir!

I do wonder if the prosecutors are going to try going with the "the whole situation stressed the man with a history of substance abuse (along with corona virus, if that was ever confirmed) which ended up causing the death of said man at the hands of the officer who didn't had any regard for the man's health and had a fatal end which resulted in a cardiac arrest" schtick and try to get him as some sort of negligence.

Imagine that wouldn't matter for the mob and they would still riot at any given moment and to be frank, that's why I am watching this thread in the first part. Entertainment first, information comes second.

George Floyd did not overdose on opioids. He had traces of opioid metabolites in his blood. The levels of metabolites would leave toxicologists to believe he had not had any opioids in his system that day as if he was high he would have fentanyl in his system not metabolites. For example a man high on marijuana has thc in his blood. A week later a man high on marijuana would have metabolites dissolved from fatty tissues. Also opioids make a person completely subdued while intoxicated it not is like taking methamphetamine where someone is freaking out super adrenaline rushed.

George Floyd died of cardio pulmonary arrest. Yes it is a heart attack. But one consistent with a lack of oxygen where the heart does not "flutter" but restricts all together. When a person over doses it is usually a type of heart attack where the heart is pumping so fast the rhythm becomes inconsistent and one vessel stops pumping as fast as the other. This was not the case for George Floyd.

In George Floyd's case it would appear a lack of oxygen killed him but there is argument that a lack of oxygen would lead to violent bruising inside the persons chest as they struggled for air. This is often the case with a victim suffocated with a cloth or a pillow or hands where they are facing up and their body can make violent movements as they struggle even though their face is compressed. This was not George Floyd's circumstance.

His chest was compressed on his back. So much so if the knee had been more on the neck then on the back it would not have been as effective since he was face down the knee pressure would have been on the spine not blocking air and blood to the brain.

In George Floyd's case the weight on the back did not even necessarily stop air from going into his lungs but the pressure stopped him from breathing in deeply and getting air evenly and the weight on his chest from 5 men holding him down surely stopped his heart from pumping even blood even with a lack of a supply of oxygen. Obviously him talking did not help him live longer using up precious little oxygen and breathing.

Its all right here. So anyone saying to me "you are an immature faggot that cannot argue with facts" there are your facts.

George Floyd was probably not murdered in the 1st degree in a pre meditated attempt even though George Floyd and the officer seemed to know each other from past run ins. But anyone taking a good look at the toxicology report can see that the symptoms of his type of heart attack were consistent with a lack of oxygen and not drug overdose which seems to effect the heart more in area then the other more damage to certain veins then others. George Floyds veins pretty much all stopped functioning in uniform fashion.

I believe this trial will go to the prosecution but for manslaughter not attempted murder. Its just facts. This is the ambiguity of the case the nature of the broader view of the facts put together.

Everything else is just to muck things up. Who hates who. Who is black and who is white. Who likes who and who doesn't. Do cops kill people as much as the media paints it out. Does it matter that he was black. Statistics of hate crimes and cop murders face value etc. Its all bullshit its all a strawman to point away from the facts. True hyperbole if I have ever seen it.

None of the statistics of hate crimes matter as anything else but opinions. This is what matters: George Floyd was killed probably accidentally but it remains 3rd degree murder it remains careless manslaughter. He was a big man that took 5 cops to handcuff him. But once handcuffed they all sat on him and depleted his oxygen intake and blood flow and he said he was in pain while a group of people stood around screaming at the cops to get off him and check his pulse and the cops did not.

In contrast the ambulance got there in record time. This should be looked into. Any evidence any of the cops themselves called the ambulance? They seemed not at all preoccupied with the idea George Floyd was in trouble at all and anything but high. I don't know. It could have been a bystander that called that in. The ambulance did its job. The cops did not beyond initially restraining George Floyd as he was obviously resisting.

All the "another fentanyl addict nigger died while a hero cop in the line of duty did his job well" comments do not change the facts. But oh well carry on. It doesn't change shit. There is a mob but why I believe its BLM this time is a notion beyond me. They seem pretty peaceful right now. But there definitely is a hate mob supporting violence right now that is obvious.

someone clarify for me, this is the first time we're seeing the full body cam with sound right? i know there was that exterior security footage of the passenger side of the cop car that was audioless.

because if you showed me the footage last year, i wouldve said "the guy is insane and dangerous" just from his outbursts.

Not only is this the first time we've seen it with audio, if you remember, they wouldn't release this video outside of secure rooms with armed guards and only allowing select journalists in. We only saw it at all when a UK journalist smuggled in a camera and the info blockade failed. And even then, they only released one edited reel.

They intentionally were trying to hide that Floyd was a crackhead high off his monkey tits on 5 different drugs. And even then they couldn't, because people noticed when he was chimping out he had a mouth full of white pills.

I can't believe the 3rd grader is completely understandable, properly dressed and follows proper code and conduct, delivering facts straight and concise. unlike literally everyone else (except for the clerk). the fucking EMT lardwhale is being blown the fuck out
That's what modern education and never disciplining anyone does to society.
Compare that to the generation that was raised by ass-whippings when they went out of line and taught that your actions and consequences are your own doing/responsibility.

3rd grade black man deserves respect, especially compared to college educated Karen white trash.
