I enjoy thinking that they avoided releasing that footage because of all the memes that would have come from it.

Actually, if they're working with the media to set a national narrative, then yeah, they might have. Every meme mocking him will be used in the upcoming "fuck whitey" reparations bill.

What are third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter?

Didn't they force the third degree murder charge back in?

the south had every right to bitch, in my opinion. slavery is bad of course, but the north committed countless war crimes, irreparably trampled on state rights, and then fucked up the reintegration and rebuilding of the southern infrastructure and their freed slaves. southern states arguably never fully recovered.
Thank you, Unit 731.

How though. Biden's in charge now the 2020 riots at least had orange man to blame everything on. Now that Uncle Biden's in charge the media will have to defend everything the state does including locking brown people in cages.
They'll find an escape goat. My prediction would be something along the lines of "Trump was so devestating to America the affects are still felt after his administration." They may not used this excuse but don't worry, they'll find one.

Exactly, especially with how Floyd was acting, the police wouldn't be thinking he was overdosing but tweaking out of his mind. Giving him narcan with the drug cocktail he already ingested might have made things even worse, since a side effect of narcan is difficulty breathing.
The only drug you need is Cum.

Bullshit excessive charges against Chauvin in a desperate attempt to appease race hucksters and malcontents?
I’ll remind you that an idiot DA has decided to push ahead with prosecution in a case where the physical evidence in no way supports any charge of malice or negligence. The charges are purely politically motivated because to have not charged him would have seen a chimpout of titanic proportions.
And now we have a prosecution trying the heart strings angle because feels over facts is the only hope they have.

A jury is allowed to convict or acquit as they see fit, regardless of evidence presented. See ’Fully Informed Jury Association’.
FIJA's* great. Never heard of them before, only barely looked at their website today, but they have an article on what to do if you're called for Jury Duty. I expected this to just be DO NOT POWERLEVEL. It is that, partially, but it's also basic court etiquette like dress reasonably well, don't start shit with others. Sounds like some of the witnesses need this advice too this time around.

I'm triple posting because I pay for my own drugs. Now. Weed is legal for shitposting purposes in my state and I have nothing to hide. Which is good for me but bad for you because I am triple posting on Kiwis tonight.

Anyways...

Does anyone else put their foil hats on when it comes to the massive influx of Fentanyl into the population? Especially the idea that someone would mix up a Fentanyl and meth speedball and make it look like a Percocet?

Powerlevel but in my wayward youth I stole a Percocet from my munchie grandma and it was beautiful. Percocet is just this happy little cloud of bliss. Not sleepy but very open to life. Pure, lucid joy. Like the best dream of flying you ever had.

Every other opiod pill I stole from her, and since we're on Kiwis I may as well specify--Morphine, Methadone, Oxycontin, Demerol, Vicodin, Norco, Demerol, Tramadol--was just unpleasant and nasty. Mentally I felt like I was swimming through molasses and I felt slightly itchy and sick to my stomach. Nothing fun there. Some people are super into those drugs, but that is not me. I've never done heroin or opium.

Something about the defense attorney alleging that Floyd took an accidental speedball spoke to me. Especially the idea that he appeared to the cops like he was on PCP or meth but he was really a junkie suffering a fatal overdose. Both are pathetic, but I can see how all of a sudden the chemistry in his brain sent him onto a whole crazy tangent that he was not prepared for.

And I can see how for the cops the idea of a fatal opiod OD was the farthest thing from their minds. Dr. Google, psychopharmacologist, says that for stimulant overdoses, sedatives are given. If the EMTs had arrived and given him a sedative and he had subsequently died, it would have been chalked up to a totally different cause. If he had died while walking to the police cruiser, it would have been chalked up to a totally different cause.

I'm not involved in the street drug world, I never have been, and inshallah I never will be, but they want repeat business. Heroin is packaged so that people say, "Hey, that stamp is some good shit. I'm going to buy that again."

The idea that Fentanyl in totally unknown mixtures and concentrations is being sold to people who are used to prescription opiods is very unnerving to me.

Who is doing this? Why would a drug gang in a particular area kill their own best customers?

This glows to me.
Take off the hat. There’s a more simple explanation: cartels know it makes their drugs an easier sell, and they’re not chemists so they sometimes accidentally kill their customers (hell, the pharmaceutical industry does it, albeit it far less, but still).

To quote Sir Occam: the simplest explanation is usually right.

haha wouldn't it be funny if most fentanyl was being shipped in from a country with interests opposed to those of the United States?

I spent wayyyy too much time as a youngster researching things preparing for a career in forensic pathology (which ironically never panned out).

Most illegal fentanyl comes from choyna, same with bath salts and all that shit, the ccp pretends they seen nothing and lets local "entrepreneurs" make billions spreading that shit overseas

Thats reality, the conspiracy/paranoid part is that they are doing it on purpose to weaken burgerland

I saw Daniel Shaver talked about some pages back so I thought I'd bring up Tony Timpa. I assume that a lot of people haven't heard that name like that I have George Floyd's because he was white and not black and mentally ill and not a drug addicted criminal. And in this democrat/media run fucked up country, the latter is celebrated and the rest is memory holed.

The body camera footage was finally released after a 3 year long legal battle

Hell, the media tends to ignore cases like him, this off-topic but the media did the same thing when Cannon Hinnant was shot when he was riding his bike.
