He doesn't want to go to jail for admitting that he not only sold GF the drugs, but ALSO swapped the 20's GF had right before he paid.

So the passenger provided drugs AND the counterfeit money.

That is an interesting idea. I think you could get people behind it if you called it 'community policing' or something. The people at the top wouldn't let it happen because that would mean admitting that the great multiracial/cultural experiment of the last 80+ years is a failure.

I find only criminals and criminal sympathizers think this way, the vast majority of the time the police are called into a situation; they're not jumping out of the fucking bushes. I saw one video where a black kid was shot after he opened fire on police, and the only reason they were there was because he was beating his girlfriend and she called them. This happens all the time, every bodycam video of some shit gone wrong was because someone made a call, and that very person is often at the start of the video.
The over-policing during the crack epidemic? Most of it was cheered on by moms, grandmothers, and concerned residents at the time because it wasn't the cops shooting up their neighborhoods. what the fuck would make a case go for months or years? On cases about serial killers and the like I understand, and I hardly know a thng about lawyers nor America's way of doing cases, but what sane person would do it for months or years? I'm just confused on that there is so many evidence stacked towards that Floyd being high on drugs and EMT blantantly saying they found no bruises and should had lead to an open-and-shut, but this is still going.

Gathering evidence and witnesses, juror selection can occasionally eat a lot of time, arraignment hearing to determine bail, several days of these witness testimony, cross-examination and the lawyers duking it out...
