The way the (fake) news reported on it intended to paint a picture of him holding a water gun or something, like this.

He had been taking the gun out and pointing it at people, removed the orange tip.

Tamir Rice Shooting

Sad the kid died due to doing stupid stuff but really it's a failure of the parents.

That’s my point. Tamir was either taught at a young age to hate cops and constantly reinforced to do “silly” things like threaten them, or his parents irresponsibly provided a realistic BB gun to him and never taught him how to use it responsibly, or he was taught how to handle it or acquired it outside of his family and did the most retarded thing you could in that situation, as kids sometimes do. The police were 100% justified in the situation, but I wouldn’t wish anyone to live with that on their heads.
Wasn't there some sort of bill or something introduced or proposed to make it where you can't make toy/airsoft guns look like the real thing?

Once you realize the enormity of the lies the media tells you start asking yourself how someone hasn't fucking put every last one of them in early graves.

Or more realistically, why aren't there more libel accusations being thrown around?

Hi, my name is prosecution witness Laquantavius Travone Ouagadougou Washington, and I want to know: Why come da sneakers aint free?

It has vicious premeditated murder, sexual manipulation, Mormonism, a Karen defence atty, an aggressive prosecutor, and the murderer took the stand in her own defense for over three weeks. First clip is 15min, the rest are very brief.

Trial compilation (NSFW, the first atty is defense):

An 'expert' witness (the jury get to ask questions to each witness in AZ):

More expert testimony (juror question):

Judge's words for the expert:
>Alexander sustained 27 to 29 knife wounds and a gunshot to the head
>Arias testified that she killed him in self-defense
it takes some serious balls to claim self defense after savagely brutalising your ex like that lol

Canada is trying to ban them, a few cities in Illinois apparently did it too. Otherwise it’s completely legal so long as they have an easy identifier, like say an easy to paint over orange barrel.

They say shit like this is racist and if you don't hire people like this you're racist against black people, but if a white guy came into my workplace with the same haircut and jeans on his ankles smelling of weed and talking like he never passed kindergarten English then hell no I wouldn't hire him. Retardation transcends race.

why the fuck couldn't BLM do that with George Floyd.
Because standards have been lowered so far into the sewer that even a gutter ape like George Floyd, who is a shucking, jiving, walking caricature straight from a minstrel show, would still be treated like an absolute fucking saint by the Lügenpresse.
Granted, her boyfriend was a drug-dealing scumbag but she was in the wrong place at the wrong time during a no-knock warrant.
It's a sad irony that their choice not to use the "no-knock" part of the warrant led to the gunfight starting in the first place. This was a case where opening by just battering the door down and throwing in a couple flash-bang grenades would probably have defused the situation.

The memes coming out of this trial like Floyd with the banana and his crack whore girlfriend was his momma.

How will all those so called progressive Christians and nigger pastors live with themselves for burying him in a golden casket.

If fucking little boys didn't bother them I doubt this will cause them to lose any sleep.

Every time, you people keep thinking the knee was on George's kneck, shut the fuck up.
The hold is intended to restrain by pressure on the cervical vertebrae, making it more or less impossible to move. If done improperly, it could lead to damage to the vertebrae or break the hyoid bone. These would be impossible to miss on autopsy, and there was no sign of such harm, so I think it's fairly obvious that whether or not this was an appropriate use of the hold, the hold itself was done properly and should not, by itself, have killed George Floyd.

We'll hear from experts on that, of course. I could be wrong, being neither a choke hold expert nor a forensic pathologist.

He has an IMDB page as Rick Zimmerman, having appeared as himself in multiple episodes of The First 48 between 2008-18, as well as consulting. The A&E page is gone, but I found a cached version with a photograph confirming it's him [archive].

Clicking on the images in the cache brings up some text:

Lt. Rick Zimmerman has spent the past twenty-seven years in law enforcement. He credits such television shows as McCloud, Streets of San Francisco, and Colombo with sparking his interest in law enforcement. He joined the homicide unit in 1995 after having worked in narcotics and the sex crimes unit. "Once I became a cop, I'd see these homicide guys arrive. I was always impressed by what they did. There's a dead body laying there and then, two or three days later, I'd see in the paper somebody was arrested for it."

Zimmerman describes interviewing suspects as not only "the best part of homicide," but also an integral part of his job. "Over the years I've seen a few guys come in and out of homicide. And the ones that stay, the ones that are good, I think can relate to people. They feel comfortable talking to folks. They're not a Joe Friday kind of guy."

Zimmerman says he was trained by "old homicide guys." "I still carry a revolver," he says. "I don't think there are many cops left in the city that carry a revolver. But it's worked for me for 28 years, so I'm not going to change." With the new crop of homicide detectives, Zimmerman gets to experience what he refers to as "new homicide." He explains, "It's computers, cell phones, knowing how to get information from those sources. I think that's the new homicide of the future. And the technology part of it. I think that's going to be very helpful." But Zimmerman adds that you can't rely on computers alone. "You still need to talk to folks, and you need to burn a little leather off your shoe." He adds, "You need to connect that piece of evidence to an individual."
