Tamir's situation makes more sense when you find out that A: The cops were responding to a possible active shooter (911 call), and B: When they arrived the driver fucked up and the car slid only a few feet away from the kid, who still had the fake pistol in hand. This forced the cop in the passenger seat to make a snap decision and is why that kid is dead.

Here is the toy gun how it was presented in the courtroom, and it makes the decision by the cop to shoot him %100 justifiable:View attachment 2054961
I'm a white guy who grew up in a lilly white crime free area and even my parents warned me about playing with guns without the orange tip because of previous cases of this happening. A big part of the cycle of failure of black Americans is completely and utter failure of parenting. This is something you need to tell your kids and if you live in the hood you really, really need to tell your kids. These young black kids grow up without dads with single mothers with double digit IQ's and so the cycle continues. If I saw that from a distance I would 100% assume it's a real gun. And this kid was just firing it off in the park like a sped.

One of my cousins took a bad batch of heroin and went from perfectly fine to brain dead at 35 in less than two hours. The idea that you can take fuck tons of hard drugs forever and be fine is beyond retarded but so are most Americans unfortunately for former officer Chauvin.
I don't see how anyone can say the amount of drugs in his system had nothing to do with his death. I may not be a toxicologist but neither are they, and if you have lethal amounts of one drug, preexisting severe heart problems, recently had COVID-19, and had a shit ton of other drugs in you as well, how can anyone definitively say that had nothing to do with heart failure?

To top it off it's just him and his assistant against a seemingly veteran team of ivy league educated attorneys.
I've known some of these "working class" lawyers who put themselves through some third tier law school part-time and have done nothing but practice since. There is nothing more that they love than grinding some Ivy League fancy lad into the dust.
I wonder what went through his mind when this job fell across his desk. Or did he seek it out? Win or lose, he's either nuts or very brave.
He apparently has a reputation for being absolutely fearless.

Are you kidding? Any lawyer would sell his own mom for a case like this one. The case is pretty clear-cut, but the public's perception of what happened that day is so disconnected from reality that people will start thinking that this guy is some sort of law god when Chauvin, almost inevitably, walks free or gets a reduced sentence. He'll be able to start charging up the ass just for that alone and that is NOT counting prime grift opportunities like paid appearances on shows and interviews and stuff like that.

My favorite Bible verse has to be when Jesus and his disciples beat up a pregnant woman and left her half-dead while they ran off with her purse.

To be fair, they only got paid the 27 million a couple weeks ago. George Floyd and his gaudy golden casket he was buried in was from last year.

Buried in luxury and vanity, just like Jesus!

I am sure BLM donated a bunch of money to them last year already as well.

Do you understand now?
Do you see that the truth is they don't want to change this?
They don't want a hero.
They just want a martyr, a statue to raise.
I've given everything I can.
There are no heroes left in man.
Wasn't there an OG Miami Vice episode about that?
Some activist from Latin America (in the 80's) writing about the dictatorship in whatever placeholder country; and I think it was Tubbs who commented something to the tune of "the right wants him dead as an example, the left wants him dead as a martyr".

Follw up guys. The girl came over and saw my penis. She cried for about 15 minutes and then left.

Score one for the good guys.
Because it was too big or because it was too small?

Between this guy and Nick Rekieta, Minnesota produces the best legal grifters.

Yeah, it was the series finale, "FreeFall/Freeverse". I can't find an exact clip of that line off hand.

The Episcopal (not Episcopalian) Church goes off the rails every now and then and spawns estranged daughter churches. The Oxford Movement sparked the creation of a low church/Protestant-complected group called the Reformed Episcopal Church. The ordination of women to the priesthood drove out many of the Anglo-Catholics who formed the Continuum, a loose constellation of churches that have been slowly coalescing. The ordination of practicing homosexuals drove out many traditionalists who created the Anglican Church in North America, which includes the REC but not (I think) the Continuers. And the Anglican Mission in America has planted a number of churches, due in large part to support from Rwanda and Southeast Asia. So disaffected Episcopalians have a few choices where they can continue to practice their Anglican faith without submitting to Orthodox bishops and doctrine. Even where the Orthodox churches have the Western Rite, it's still chock full of doctrine to which no self-respecting Anglican could assent.
Imagine respecting yourself as an Anglican.

I'm starting to be convinced that a rammed through "guilty" verdict, followed by a quiet and successful appellation once the media murmur dies down, is exactly what the plan is.

Anyone up for another galaxy brained take from our friends at the Washington Post?

Honestly at this point I'm almost ready to accept that these people live in a simulation from which I can occasionally pull someone into reality; but which for the most part when I try they just get aggressive and start screaming until they feel safe again. Last attempt I had on that was a colleague who I gave a very simple, documented fact to about Covid-19 and their response was (almost word for word): "I don't have a counter-argument to that but it doesn't mean there isn't one and I just don't know it." With a subtext that my reading a lot on a subject gave me an unfair advantage in winning arguments.

Think about that last bit for a moment.

Not to be autistic, but platinum is worth way less than gold now. Palladium is where it's at.

Donnie the Pimp, was buried today,
They laid him to rest, in a special way...
Everyone in the lobby of Trump Towers talkin'
Talkin 'bout Donnie the Pimp and his Palladium coffin... 🎶
*Stevie Ray Vaughan starts playing*

EDIT: Now I'm thinking about what the Donald's funeral is going to be like. There's going to horns tooting, people wailing, signs saying: "he won" and three days later they're going to find the stone in front of his mausoleum open, the body missing and bang!, new religion!

$27 million and a solid gold casket while we've got starving kids and homeless people and folks dying without anyone even knowing or caring. This genuinely pisses me off.
I must correct one thing here - the casket was not solid gold, that would be far too heavy and expensive. I looked it up, it's called the Promethean Casket and Michael jackson was buried in one, making it popular with the melanin-enriched. Here's a description:

The Promethean Casket is a custom-made gold casket manufactured by Batesville Casket Company.

Construction features a 48 oz. bronze base plated with 14-karat gold hardware. It is often called the “gold standard” or the “golden sendoff” because of its luxurious finish.

Only the hardware is plated in 14K. The rest is polished bronze. Typical nigger, passing off some plated bullshit as real lol.

Guys, I just changed my vote in the poll above to GUILTY. You know why?

Hannepin County prosecutors have announced that SEVEN Chemical Engineers will testify that Floyd did not OD, nor consumed fentanyl during his arrest. These proud academics are pictured below. We got too cocky bros, Chauvin's done for.
