Doesn’t Floyd say he was “hoopin” (shoving shit up his ass) on the body cam footage? I hope the defense brings that up when they present evidence later
I thought me meant hoopin, like playing basketball. Cause he was talking about the foam.

I know hoopin also means shoven stuff up the butt but honestly that’s just too good to be true

Frankly it is ridiculous to allow that shit. Unless they're putting out a fire in the fucking courtroom or doing whatever, they shouldn't be in uniform. It's as prejudicial as forcing a prisoner to testify in manacles in an orange jumpsuit.

It's been a thing for a few years - impress juries with men (or women) in uniform, despite the forum being highly inappropriate.

Like this faggot from Trump's first impeachment trial, LIEUTENANT COLONEL VINDMAN (never mind that in the military 90% of the time LTCs are referred to simply as 'Colonel'). Members of the National Security Council, even active duty ones, don't wear uniforms to work. They wear suits. There was even a time - before Vietnam, when military Generals wore suits at hearings, ie George Marshall, to respect the civilian control of the military. But the point here is that trying to impress juries with uniforms emphasizing their 'service' is a lame, shitty tactic that is only getting worse.

Is it me or has the prosecutions stance/angle they've been taking shifted from "you heckin' killed him in cold blood!!!!!" to "you did not provide immediate and professional-grade medical care the entire time he was in your custody therefore you are liable for his death"
Imagine the precedent this will set for police officers. Someone strung out of their mind on PCP? If they're harmed in any way because of the drug it's your fault! They literally expect police officers to baby sit black people.

Going to be hard to give this guy sainthood after them retard niggas in the various churches find out he was blasting ass with more exotic thills than the Dark Room at Slammers in Fort Lauderdale.
They will probably try really hard to ignore ot and say that the drugs were inserted by whitey to make him a druggie and justify killing him.

Lol officers. Get the fuck outta here, shouldn't there be some E1 you should be yelling at because your wife cheated on you?

I hope they ask the chief what his understanding is of rectal administration of various substances and/or objects.

I can't figure out what his background is but my guess is that he has zero US slave-descended ancestors. Looking up his name + "dominican" turns up nothing, but black and Hispanic is not so common.

Jennae Hartell (sp) was openly gay, so internally promoting another homo would not be out of the question.

It still doesn't make any sense to me that Vindman wasn't dishonorably discharged for falsifying records. That he wasn't is a symptom of some deep, deep rot.

Groids cannot live without babysitting. They'd die without us.

It literally makes the cops into emergency rooms.

If I was a trained doctor, with a full set up ready to go, in the middle of the ocean, and someone showed up needing me to pull a splinter out of their hand or they die, and I don't? And they die? I'm totally off the hook. I have 0 responsibility whatsoever, regardless of my training, to provide medical services.

Not so at an emergency room. You can stare the doctor straight in the face and call him a dumb gorilla nigger while pointing at a blister, and he, or at least someone else, is required by law to provide medical care. And you will be expected to pay. But the state in the meantime gives them all they need and ensures a constant standard that is always ready.

Under this logic, if you down a PB&Shellfish Bee Sting Sandwich, knowing you are fully allergic, if they don't have an epipen on hand and don't give you a trach. They just killed you.

It's worth pointing out the prosecution's current witness is this man. He was promoted to his current position after a mere two years of employment (and was promoted every two years immediately after.)

He must give AMAZING head.

Edit: He's talking about diversity of candidates.

Calling it now. This guy was hired because he's a faggot and was sent up the pole because he's ticking a diversity bingo box.

Maybe the faggot was terrible at his job. It seems like a common trend for blue cities to do diversity hires of flunks.

Knowing this guy basically spent no time on the streets actually doing the job before being sent straight up the pipeline to be a condescending desk jocky... I hope the defense nails him on it.

Edit: Oh god, he's virtue signaling about troons.

I've worked in Callcenters before. Every callcenter has faggots like this asshole. They did the job for like 3-6 months, the minimum HR requires before a promotion, then they become trainers or leads or "senior techs" and get some nice cushy job someplace where they don't do the actual work but by fucking god they know how YOU did it wrong and how YOU could have done it better because they totally would have.

Fucking hell.

Prosecutor should really get to the point (the training).
I think that's not going to be a good point for them . There is training that teaches that particular neck restraint.
I also think that the medical examiner's testimony hurt the prosecution's case.
