Pretty much; unlike other small agencies like LumiLive or Atelier Live (gee I wonder who these people want to get positively conflated/confused with), Tsunderia never really managed to distinguish themselves from the company they were trying to rip off inspired by, which is why while LumiLive can promote their ghost girl with the giant tits, deafening witch cackle, and mildly alarming alcohol problem, and Atelier Live can push the tranny shark (dododododo), bri'ish crab girl, and soft-voiced donut-scarfing dragon, Tsunderia is kinda stuck with the fact that their two biggest names are both barely at 25K subs each after the better part of a year, and both bear a more than passing resemblance to certain extremely popular Hololive talents.

The issue ultimately comes down to the fact that in the best season vtubing will ever see, they accomplished very little, and are now down two of their best people; one gone indie and the other just... gone. I certainly wish all the best for the people involved, but someone in management really screwed up big to have squandered that window, and it may spell doom for them, though I doubt it will be as catastrophic as the total annihilation of MyHolo TV.

I think it's more of a point that the remaining "Samurai" actually got massacred by the modernising Japanese Imperial Army during the early Meiji Restoration.
Basically modern Japan, including WW1/2 Japan, is founded on the abolishment of the Samurai that you think are symbolic of said Japan.

Is bravely default 2 this boring? Not even pekora can save it for me. The battle is mediocre, the world is mediocre and the story mediocre from what ive seen so far in her stream. Atleast shes still getting her money since its sponsored.

Video games are better played than watched, and stories better received in languages you understand, but I get your point if you're watching this as a means to decide if you'll buy it yourself or not.

BD2 has a really deep and rewarding battle system in my opinion if you get nuts deep in the job class changes and optimising the risk-reward of the Brave and Default systems.

But the story is pretty run of the mill 'Classic' JRPG style that plays it extremely safe (save for a handful of twists towards the end). Definitely could've done with the writers taking more risks.

Idk, from my experience, EN collabs are somewhat of a clusterfuck because ame and mori generally suck fucking dick at collabing, and are much more comfortable (and therefore enjoyable) when they are on their own. Gura and Kiara are the two that seems to have no problem doing collabs, but with Ina who generally quiet to begin with, yea in the end most of the time its the Chicken trying her best to fill the gaps and making it uncomfortably awkward.

Actually, TTT doesn't seem that far out there. I think the biggest hurdle towards getting them to play it is that it's just not popular anymore so no one is asking for it. I doubt it would be hard for Cover to get perms for Gmod, and Gmod seems perfectly suited to the kind of collabs they put out.

True, but the popularity issue is exactly why I'm seeing it as a pipe dream right now. Amelia having Gmod experience and also having mentioned re-downloading Counter Strike Source recently would mean it's very possible for her to internally plant the seeds for it. But really, who the hell else would actually be interested?
