Are you huffing that Blue Line shoe polish or something?

I'm pointing out people are rightfully outraged when idiotic cops threaten peoples lives over their own mistakes.
...
And again, 110% the fault of law enforcement.
Sure be outraged or whatever, but the proper response to cops, even if they're in the wrong or being assholes, is not to get aggressive or belligerent with them. Unless you suspect it's someone pretending to be a cop, do what they say and be calm and non-threatening while doing it. Not, you know, screeching or hollering or whatever.

Save the indignance for when you're cleared as a potential threat. Play your cards right and if they fucked up hard enough you might even get a windfall, minor or major, out of it.

I idly realize, Nelson is creating a narrative about how the crowd basically killed Floyd by preventing the cops at the scene from being able to do their job.

But this -wasn't- in their opening arguments.

The prosecution has fucked up so hard that they opened up a new and -more viable- line of defense.

Here's another one, car reported stolen only because the the sheriffs department never got around to removing the car from their stolen database.

Full SEAL Team Six LARP and officers laughing after they threatened to murder two innocent women.

And again, 110% the fault of law enforcement.

STFU you stupid whiny nigger. How can you be so dense to be in this thread but still eat up the media's BS?

Those cops literally did nothing wrong. The tags came up stolen, what were they supposed to use ESP to figure out that HQ fucked up and forgot to remove it? They performed a standard stop for a stolen vehicle, and were pretty courteous considering the fat spic cunt couldn't follow simple instructions.

>threatened their lives
Boo fucking hoo they had their guns drawn. Grow a pair retard and stop making emotional appeals like a bitch.

>SEAL Team Six LARP
Nicest Seal Team in the world maybe. Go huff some nigger semen retard.

Bruh all these cops that get acquitted or mistrialed go on living their lives, you never hear about how cop who killed dindu and got away with it now has a terrible life. Their connections in the police union take care of em
These are pretty unhinged times. All it takes is one uppity nigger to ruin his life.

Tim for the daily headlines goys.

Derek Chauvin used 'deadly force' on George Floyd when none was necessary, LAPD expert says - CNN

- The same one that was PAID to testify? I will say whatever the fuck you want me to say for money one?

Many of Derek Chauvin's law enforcement colleagues disagree with how he restrained George Floyd. Here's how they have testified.

- Hmmmm why would the people in the depart throw a dude under the bus who is OUT of the department?

Juror appeared to be sleeping amid fact witness testimony in Chauvin trial - MSNBC

- Great just GREAT. Why don't you dip shits just dox them already and get it over with. You all FOAMING at the mouth with this "hot take".

Man just based on watching this thread I wanna say that Chauvin is going to skate but...there's just been too much "What the WHAT?!" stuff going on lately. From little piddly shit (the Vic Mignona case seemed pretty open and shut...but the bad guys won), to medium-sized stuff (Twitter's going to get fucked in the ass over shutting down posts about the Hunter Biden controversy) to major shit (Trump's got this election in the bag; or bonus points, Biden's so rotten-brained he'll just hand it over to someone else and we won't have to worry about him) that it's impossible for me to get my hopes up.

Honestly I think the jury is going to choke (no pun intended) and vote guilty just to not get hacked to death with machetes as soon as they set foot out the courtroom. NYT, WaPo, Twitter etc. have already made it clear they can and will dox these people. Fact is we could have footage of Chauvin stopping Floyd from running newborn babies and puppies into a buzz saw, and the media would still crucify Chauvin because they've set the narrative, the same one that has kept our major cities on fire for the last 9 months. So I just dunno.

The more I think about it, the more the new line of defense makes sense for why this is a shitshow.

The prosecution came in prepared to make a simple case.
1: Chauvin's knee was at least in part if not in whole responsible for the death of Floyd;
2: He did so through a reckless disregard of floyd's life;
3: And did so against the crowd who could have helped save him and knew better.

There is one problem though, Nelson appears to have realized how hostile the witnesses were based on the EMT lady who outright lied. He paid attention and realized that there was a new line of attack. That the crowd itself was responsible. This poses a massive problem to the Prosecution, who need all three to really make the case for -any- of the charges. The reason they have floundered is that this new line of defense turns one of their key points on its head, requiring them to somehow both defend the crowd AND make their point.... but it's simply not possible to do both at once.

They cannot bring new evidence, so have to find a way to use old evidence. But it's simply not doable, and Nelson is proving too on-the-ball and able to shift all their evidence to this new one.

The easiest way to prove "racial injustice" in this case is that they found the most incompetent prosecution I have ever seen, to the point where they are literally doing the Defense's job for them.
The easiest way to prove racial injustice is to imagine Floyd was white and Chauvin was black and ask yourself if the state and the MPD would be tying themselves in knots to secure a conviction unsupported by evidence.

But this -wasn't- in their opening arguments.

The prosecution has fucked up so hard that they opened up a new and -more viable- line of defense.

Right now the defense's big moment is pointing out that the MPD was so eager to throw Chauvin under the bus that they didn't even do basic shit like searching the victim's car for evidence of drugs.

The cops were fired before either car was even searched! And IDK off the top of my head what day the autopsy was done, but it was certainly before the tox screen came back!

I'm questioning whether they announced they were going to try the cops for murder before or after the second search of the car. They must have, because they said the second search was done at the bidding of the defense.

What a total clown show.
