And they'll still riot.
I'm honestly surprised the people haven't realized no matter what it'll happen anyways
Realistically yeah they're gonna riot no matter what simply because it's spring and temps are going up, lockdowns are lifting and they want some new Nikes. Gotta have some excuse to loot.

Imagine the chimpouts though if some fuckery occurs that leads to him getting acquitted on 5/25. The sheer magnitude of the chimpout would make it worth it for the simulation to fuck with us in such a way.

It depends on the jurisdiction. Every state has its own definition.
In minnesota is negligence, i'll post it again.

(1) by the person's culpable negligence whereby the person creates an unreasonable risk, and consciously takes chances of causing death or great bodily harm to another; or

Thats for 2nd degree murder.

For manslaughter you just need -negligence-
Bullshit. You need criminal negligence. Mere negligence is only sufficient for a civil case.
culpable negligence
And culpable negligence is a criminal standard higher than the level of negligence in a civil trial.

He had to be arrested. If they didn't arrest him, they would have been incredibly negligent to the public letting an extremely intoxicated man drive off in a car, wasted out of his gourd, and likely to kill random pedestrians. The question then becomes what level of force was necessary to restrain this dangerous criminal.

And that is what George Floyd was. A dangerous, delirious criminal, a threat to everyone in the public he encountered. He had to be stopped. He could not be allowed just to drive off, fucked up out of his mind and probably literally dying from an OD, to threaten the public.

Anyone who disagrees is a drooling fucking idiot and should kill themselves immediately.
And here's the crux, this would be just another dead criminal if there wasn't a horde of social media addicts recording at the time of the event during an election year. And it just happened that the cop kneeling on Floyd's back at the time was Chauvin, the man was in the wrong place at the wrong time trying to do his fucking job but the media got their little snippet of the evil white cop oppressing the black good boy to spin.

He's a scapegoat because he perfectly fits the boot for the people who turned this retarded event into Apocalypse Brown. That's all he is, he isn't special in the slightest. And he'll be forgotten in a few years for the next poor cop or person who defends themselves in the face of people who've decided to hate them because of lies.

I fell asleep through past the lunch break. How is Dr. Baker doing?

What An Ominous said.

It's an established MPD police procedure so Chauvin literally did everything right.

Not guilty on all counts of killing this criminal scum Your Honor.

I guess I kind of get the beginning of this week then. Cuz it’s about creating an unreasonable risk.. which is up for interpretation.

this is why I’m a STEM nerd. Not much interpretation

His hearting giving out from Chauvin pinning him down specifically makes it murder or manslaughter.

Your physiology being more vulnerable isn't an excuse for someone if they harm or kill you in a crime or tort or otherwise.

In american law you take your victim as you find them, his underlying issues do not excuse Chauvin's actions.
How many cop shooting videos which led to no guilty verdicts do you have to see before you realize that being the cause of death does not equal being guilty in murder or manslaughter?

Retard-tier take. If they had tased Floyd and his heart gave out, is that murder or manslaughter? Of course not.

Remember, Derek Chadvin doesn't have to prove anything. He is allowed as many avenues of defense as he'd like. The cause of death could be a contributory factor in the final fact-finding, but that's far from the only element the State has to prove.

Yes, but then you have to get to a reasonable use of force analysis, I think thats a -really- hard place to take for Chauvin and not a one I think a jury will endorse.

I don't think people are going to think Chauvin kneeing on Floyd until he dies and Bob the Policeman capping some nig who is going for him with a knife the same way

Police brutality is bad but so is being murdered or injured because some retard at a traffic stop decides to pull a gun or throw fists because they knew they'd go to jail. People this retarded need to be strapped to a chair with their eyes taped open Ludavico style and made to watch the countless videos of people resisting arrest with deadly or dangerous force.
