If it's cumulative, then it's objectionable, so it would not be advantageous to them.why did the defense rest? was it not advantageous for them to call in their other witnesses given that it would be cumulative?
i really hope the jury is seeing this clusterfuck right now and has become increasingly uncomfortable with the prosecution and their tactics
Update: I love dudes poz'ing my hole.
what a horrible, horrible, horrible thoughtLmao this is going to be a working break for him.
Mod note: We did it, Reddit! We found the Boston Bomber!
So cool that the new plugging your ears and screaming lalalalalalala for adults is "muh conspiracy theories".
It's more of a test on the Jury and outside influence now. If there was no threat of riots or jury intimidation, this guy would walk. It's going to be interesting to see if these people find their balls or not.If the prosecution does manage to secure a conviction at this point I think the entire lot of them should go buy some lottery tickets. Something about God watching out for fools and drunk
If pros still manages a guilty verdict I'd think it's the god of the old testament, not the new, that would be responsibleIf the prosecution does manage to secure a conviction at this point I think the entire lot of them should go buy some lottery tickets. Something about God watching out for fools and drunks.
Yes, but the State can appeal it.can the judge overrule the jury's verdict?
They need to call for the appellate team. The grounds for appeal so far could make a new Pangea. If the prosecution does manage to secure a conviction at this point I think
its the same god you marcionite idiot. If pros still manages a guilty verdict I'd think it's the god of the old testament, not the new, that would be responsible
Is anyone talking about CO2 poisoning though? Reddit apparently fucking loves science but can't work out the chemical formula for carbon MONoxide from carbon DIoxide.
Yes on a guilty verdict but usually it's highly unlikely. Cahill has been pretty neutral this whole time despite prosecution pissing him off regularly even way back in pre-trial, so I don't really think something like that would happen here one way or the other.can the judge overrule the jury's verdict?
Fuck, when did thought policing become so lazy to the point of straight up saying you are only allowed X thoughts, its insulting. At least try to trick your readers into accepting your reality.
