Can the prosecution just do this?

Why did they pick Schleiter to do closing arguments? Hes the most condescending and reptilian one of the bunch. I would have preferred Edlridge the Crone over this guy
If they don't get a conviction it's probably easier to throw the white man under the bus as an example of the systemic white supremacy in our legal system.

Oh god, they're going back to it being ruled as a "homicide." Didn't they go over the medical definition of homicide was just any unnatural death?
They're literally preying on idiots who didn't pay attention.

the rhodesian guy explained what homicide in the context of american autopsies meant in his testimony, they are 100% banking on the jury forgetting or them not paying attention at the time

which unfortunately is probably not a bad guess

"Not enough oxygen got to the lungs, and that's what killed George Floyd"

I know there was some debate over whether the 98% O2 level was a valid argument, but the prosecution just LOCKED that in as the winning argument, regardless of the science.

The prosecution are banking on the stupidity of the jury, that's it.

"If drugs are found in the car, they are not in George Floyd's system."

Motherfucker, he could have another stash inside on top of the drugs he swallowed.
