"Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin was prepared to plead guilty to third-degree murder in George Floyd's death before then-Attorney General William Barr personally blocked the plea deal last year, officials said."

"Barr rejected the deal in part because he felt it was too soon as the investigation into Floyd's death was still in its relative infancy, the officials said."

Still a dumb move even if he expected evidence to acquit Chauvin, Barr had to have known they wanted to crucify him.
Barr was such a faggot. Terrible AG all around and deep state kike to boot.

a quick plea deal last year, and he would probably be out of prison already at this point in time.
plus there would be a lot less public attention and hate being drummed up against him.
Britbong here, could you explain why he would be released from prison only 1 year into his 10 year sentence?

Because he can appeal for things like parole and shit.

If he says "I threw myself under the bus due to the risk of riots" he would probably get off early. Maybe not 1 year. But you get the idea.
