I'm just still taking in the fact that they pinned murder on him still, actually. I don't know the legal requirements and definitions of the charges so I might be spouting autism but I thought murder required having clear murderous intent, which is the only reason why we have murder and manslaughter instead of a single "you killed your fellow man" charge. I knew manslaughter would stick because of the fact Chauvin comes off as extremely negligent just sitting on Floyd while the Ebony Saint Of Overdose had a medical emergency, and Fee Fees demand blood tax, but if the murder v manslaughter is all motive (again, i might be autistic) then I think there's reasonable doubt that Chauvin would be aware that Fenty was croaking under his knee instead of flailing against the restraints that cops were taught to use which is average behavior for a criminal.
It does seem more manslaughter-y overall.

So if Nelson was to file his appeal, as he most certainly will, how long would it take to be seen by someone? The 8th Circuit I guess?

Court cases don't tend to end well for the darkies. The only time it went well was with OJ simpson, and funnily enough, in that case, he really was guilty.
I'm pretty sure he was guilty too but the prosecution didn't prove it. They didn't prove it in this case either, frankly, but the jury was in terror and even before they were, they openly admitted they already hated the defendant. It's hard to imagine a case where a change of venue would be more appropriate.

Lol a black man gets strangled to death by a cop in broad daylish on camera and you're all ASHUALLY IT WAS BECAUSE HE STUBBED HIS TOE TWO DAYS BEFORE AND DIED OF IT NOT HAVING HIS NECK CRUSHED lmao
You strangled your cock after writing this shitty post.

Anyways, I am just shocked that the mob is not pleased. EzczduSXsAUImZE.jpeg.

I just want to say everyone posting "OH THESE FACTS ARE SO CONVINCING HE'S SURE TO GET OFF" is a fucking idiot and how you manage to even function day to day is a mystery.

Whites are political dissidents by default. You have less rights than anyone else in the country. I'm sure you have the nebulous idea of a "righteous struggle" in your head, but the reality is you're going to spend your whole life getting shit on and everything will be an uphill battle.

You want to change that? Start disobeying your masters. Learn from the winners.
Sad but true.

This shit blackpills a motherfucker real hard. Should anyone even have hope that this country is salvageable at all?
It's depressing, yo.
(:_(

But at least the chimpout livestreams will be fun.
KEK
Why are you blackpilled? Were you unironically banking on anything else? GTFO A&H if you really tried to sneed your mind into thinking of such foolishness. I've lurked here for years and I saw a demographic change heavily after the November election of optimistic fags... It got so funny you would usually see screenshots on /pol/ of election spergs in A & H.

its amazing they let the "uhhh yeah i dont like chauvin but i can be impartial pinky swear" shit slide

and how about the mixed race female juror in her 20s who really wanted to be on the panel

how was that allowed

jury selection was fucked

Shit was bad back in the Prohibition era, complete with a lot of media outlets being pro-mafia and a lot of idiots in the public thinking mobsters were actually heroes because it meant they could get their booze. It took a very long time for Al Capone to get convicted and in his and many other cases jurors and witnesses often ended up dead or missing under mysterious circumstances.
Capone was actually super smart crook though, did huge PR blitzs helping the poor in the city (money to charities and providing meals to starving folks) and basically was one of the few mobsters to actively run PR with the media and presenting himself as someone who, while a bloodthirsty mob boss, at least was honest in his criminal nature while decrying the white collar criminals and other high society types who did evil under the guise of being part of polite society (most eloquently summed up in the quote of his where he denounced Wall Street right before the big crash of 1929).

I think our police should just go full Authoritarian Military. Resistance to anything gets lead pepper spray. I mean, I know I sure as heck am not doing anything that would require an encounter with the police.

making moral signaling, however hollow, paramount
Virtue signaling isn't hallow. It's how cultures are created. You have to praise certain behavior and punish other behavior. Operant conditioning. The only difference is that you're now experienced enough to see it.

Why do you people think the riots are gonna end?
Even if Chauvin was guilty or innocent morally, riots have become the norm to get what you want. Those same people who riot teach your children, they are poll workers, and even live next to you.
Yet another step in the masterplan from the French to swap places with the USA
The flag on the moon is now french, the US academia is stealing 60's French rethoric, now riots are exploding.
Soon you all will be calling Pepe a "grenouille", and you don't even realize it

Lol at people who think this is ultimate proof of USA justice being dead.

Where were you guys at for OJ, Casey Anthony, Isaac Turnbaugh, etc? Our courts have always been a massive joke when it comes to famous murder cases.

And if you needed this event to signify that maybe blue cities aren't worth living in, you're very behind the curve.

I don't have enough rainbows for the naivety in this thread. I went with acquittal because it'd be funny. Now I'm disappointed not because the sky is falling, but because my night is about to be a lot less entertaining than it could've been.

Ever since GME the happenings have just been blowing their loads quicker and disappointing me more and more. This show is shitty and I demand a refund, God.
It's because someone being wrongfully convicted hits harder than someone not being convicted, you know, "reasonable doubt" and all.
