I really want to believe the jury will convict based on evidence that Floyd died to OD + stress of arrest, but after bringing up after prompt in a server I lurk in my really middle of the road view that Chauvin sat on the man for too long after he was out and that's concerning, etc etc doubting some aspects of force, but that I don't think he should be held responsible for Floyd ODing, I get REEEEEd out of the call and told that the jurors aren't supposed to deliberate on if the cop was what killed the man or not but how deeply guilty he should be found for his death, and that murder 3 is a slap on the wrist. Clownworld.

He didn't OD though lol, he got stranged and died of it. Should be murder 1 since Chauvin knew Floyd from a security gig and had a grudge against him

I don't believe it is either incompetence or deliberately spiking.

We are seeing the court system work as intended when given a garbage case. The prosecution is doing its job presenting one side of the evidence and the defense is unsurprisingly devastating the poor evidence presented. If the prosecution was trying to spike the case, I don't think they would have had their final desperation medical evidence witness. I assume he got a stern talking to by the prosecution that he wasn't going to give a single inch on cross after the disastrous outcomes of his predecessors on the stand.
Pretty much. It's not incompetence in the prosecutions part, they just didn't have a leg to stand on in the first place. There's absolutely no evidence that Chauvin contributed to Floyds death and a whole host of evidence that would indicate that Floyd simply succumbed to the effects of the drugs he took. Open and shut case really, they're just going through the motions because as always the media got people riled up but when you put the raw facts in front of people there's nothing there to support the narrative they built up.

I just read through the highlights of the last 200 pages and I'm still not sure what's going on as of late. Anyone care to bring me up to speed?
Prosecution own goals, Nelson becoming a 4Chan cult hero, Reddit going back and forth with their emotions, talk about religion, and sneed. Lots and lots of sneed.
The ambulance getting lost and having to have the arresting officer upgrade to a Code 3?
Not sure what Code 3 is, but wasn't the thing about the ambulance that they got stuck in Memorial Day traffic, along with whatever else came from COVID lockdowns being at their peak?
Happened back in August in Pennsylvania. They were "marching" from Milwaukee to DC. A group would drive for a while, get out and be obnoxious niggers along the way, then drive more. They stopped on private property in a township that has a population of 500. They were warned to leave and refused, culminating in a shootout with the property owner's son who hit one of them with buckshot.

I think if shit really goes down you're going to get a shitton of Kenosha Kyles who have the good sense to wear coof masks and 2 layers of clothes so they can make themselves scarce after shots are fired.
There are three things when you know things are going to shit: when we hear of more Kyles, when the armed go on the hunt, and we see murder suicides come up thanks to a repeat of Kenosha.
Ancient Roof Korean proverb says best time to buy ammo is last year and second best time is right now.
And then there are those who may seek to create their own means of defense in Minecraft because they feel their guns and ammo just won't do the job.
and thus double down.
Aren't they doing it right now? All we've seen is flushng out the MAGA, Twitter nuking his account and not letting him come back (not even doing archives), and then you got HR1 and talk about eliminating the filibuster. It's double down mixed with all in.

Wasn't that proven to be a lie though?

The nig nogs are going to fucking go wild and the army is going to get called in and everyone is going to start saying fuck this sjw bullshit. I want to start seeing fucking antifa shot in the street
Need an optimistic-on-acid reaction for this comment:

Let's not conflate what we want to happen with what will actually happen.

Congrats on joining Seminal Ointments Lain in my filter list for being gay and/or a faggot and/or too fucking stupid to waste any further attention on.

I gotchu fam: https://legalinsurrection.com/author/law-of-self-defense/

That blog or whatever you want to call it has been pretty neutrally following the case from the point of view of a defense attorney. They do wrap-ups after every day of the trial so far from what I've seen so they'll probably continue doing it.

Yeah, I went out and bought more ammo. What I could find, anyway. Bare shelves everywhere, and it's not just people cleaning them out - they're not getting a lot of ammo in. 9mm? Forget about it. Any pistol caliber, really.
Local law enforcement in every red state is stockpiling more ammunition and weaponry than the national guard and people gobbling up the scraps as fast ss they can. so said the local shopkeeps trying to explain the phenomena and the complete lack of product during the initial two months of Floyd rioting.
