I wanna berate you, but I'm assuming you're a semi-functional autist and will just give genuine advice.

Do you happened to live near a dental school. Don't tell me you don't know, look it up before you respond. In my experience, they are excessively affordable options. I got shit teeth, had to get a few pulled and replaced with implants, extraction cost 50 bucks.

i live next to a dentist's office but i have no idea if they'll take me back due to me not coming to my appointments years ago

Dentists are businessmen. I hate going to them cause they tend to be guilt tripping upsellers, but they'll take your money.

If what they charge is the issue look into the dental school option, the appointments take longer but your can get your shit straighten out for a quarter of the cost. They are happy to have you there cause they need patients.

Forgive me if I'm not translating sped correctly, but I'm going to read that as there are dental schools in your area.

Apply, if it hurts tell them, tooth pain is considered a dental emergency. I'd tell you to just go there tomorrow, in my experience they'll take emergency walk ins but COVID might change that.
