Zack needs to get his priorities straight. The Expendables and Jawbreakers getting fulfilled should have been at the top of the list instead of venturing into these "experimental comics." REMEMBER WHAT BROUGHT YOU TO THE DANCE TABLE, ZACK!!!

too late for that now. His credibility is trashed now because of late fulfillment and the shoddy product he has been delivering as of late.

He knows he's wrong for having 4 campaigns pile up, and he's trying to fulfill them one at a time. Even then, when I tell him to start with the latest one, he wants to start with the easiest one, in order to get the hang of it. Is that going to irritate his customers? Yes, a little. But he's going to do it his way.

Ethan gave Zack the best advice anyone could get in this scenario and Ya Boi was like "nah". It's like he's actively trying to alienate his customers.

I'd be surprised if Grand Bizarre was out by the end of the year. It'll be interesting to see how many backers stick around for Jawbreakers 4, whenever the hell that is.

Hey let's not get ahead of ourselves: according to Zack's latest update he's still writing Jawbreakers 3.
I can understand not having everything planned out when you launch your campaign if you got the gist of it, but what the fuck. Add to that the launch of FIVE other campaigns (that's not a reprint or whatever the hell Meep is) after the JB one, and he still has an earlier unfulfilled campaign (Expendables).

FNT is exactly the stereotype of manbaby fandom. A bunch of dudes sitting in front of their toy collections (because how else can you prove you're a real fan if the wall behind you isn't covered in toys and genre movie posters) bitching about the pop culture they still consume even though it's the worst shit in the world. Sure, they say they're going to stop watching Batwoman but then what would they talk about? Gary seems like an OK guy, but him trying to read anything aloud should be banned by the Geneva Convention.

That said, I'd rather listen to him recite War & Peace than watch a Jeremy Griggs video.
FNT wasn’t as bad circa early 2020, when Gary especially still had the inclination to discuss, analyse and add positive speculation to the direction of sci-fi show plots and writing. It was good to tune into some enthusiasm or plain old fanboying from time to time.

Co-incidental or not, the show became a tedious circlejerk of outrage grifting and self-indulgent chortling over their own faces in memes JUST as they recruited Az. They all but gave up on any other type of discussion except for manchild pity-partying and by late 2020 I gave up after the introduction of laborious intros, too many idenitkit regulars and endless wanking over Pierry Chan’s photoshop-for-idiots tier shite.

I can’t see a CG equivalent being quite as one-dimensional if EVS steers it to specific topics, but that’s asking EVS to change his Youtube style from casual shitposting/chill streams/promotion to spending a good bit of his time organising a structured YT show. I can’t see it happening.

LIAM GRAY of CON-quest COMICS TREEHOUSE UPDATE!!!!!!!

It could happen. I'm going to have to devote more attention to my channel again soon, since my random livestreaming has caused my sub count to dip by 500. I'll probably just refocus on short videos again until I gain another 10K subs, but the idea of building another High Council style show is appealing. Maybe me, Eric July, Kurt Metzger...something like that.

I don't want to watch Disney+ or consooom any of this superhero tv shit though. The Gina Carano firing put me off of new Star Wars for good. I'm really happy just focusing on CyberFrog and watching the mainstream comic book industry shrink. So doing a new weekly show would mean doing homework that I don't want to do.

"Meep" is the defunct Rock N Roll Ninja campaign page. Zack launched it without promoting it, it flopped hard, so he took it down, restructured the campaign, and relaunched it as a new campaign. He retitled the old campaign page "Meep."

JawBreakers 4, which he's calling JAWBREAKERS FOREVER, could be the most fun return to form for Zack ever.

Zack had half of an idea, one that he would prefer to use as one of his side ventures, that could easily be spun into a Mark Millar-esque trip for his JawBreakers characters into an adventure story that would also serve as commentary about the death of mainstream comics.

Anyone who heard the idea would back the project. It could be summed up in a five second elevator pitch that would widen any comic book reader's eyes. I told him it's $500K, at least. I discussed it with Jon Malin, and he was interested in helping.

Zack's hesitancy is that he thinks the threat isn't big enough for his characters, who he's shown as being able to handle "Gods and Kaiju".

He's wrong about the scope of the conflict here, but he was never much of a DC Comics guy.

It's at the point where I want to license his characters away from him and do the story my damned self. But I'm still hoping he'll see the light.

I could see a YouTuber like The Fourth Age pulling off something like this, except for that voice. Pity he sounds like Yogi the Bear crossed with I'm not quite sure what. And I guess the fact that he never seems to show his face works against you in 2021.

Oh how we can hope. But if the CG backers past is any indication they'll just consoom.

It was still pretty bad.
when Gary especially
Gary sucks. Lazyass breadtuber.

I hope he has a permit and a floor that can hold thousands of pounds because Liam's cuck shed is a CG party.

You got TUG, Donal, SlickJimmyLove stinking up the place. I don't know if the tree can handle all that.

Someone in the Tug thread noted that his clickbait has lowered back down to earth now that Rackets and Tye have thoroughly managed to fuck up Vic's case. If he sheds some weeb tards does his crowdfunding numbers return to Earth?

But are you going to make good on your promise to always help Zack and promote his true blue CG masterpiece 499 right now?

Narwhal has been a loyal simp since 2018 and needs your help. Zach's been a loyal simp since the days when your FaceBook group used to be so welcoming and inclusive. ( 2012? )

Your loyal friends need your promotion right now and as you said you'll always owe Zack so why not go hard in the paint to promote the junior high level 499? (I mean you even said you think the project looks great here)

It's not like you didn't push trash like Wart the Wizard or Micah's Bat-Man knock off in the past. Your friend needs that help now and I'm sure Narwhal would jump at the chance to join your streams and shill his genius line work from 499.

Or maybe steer clear of the loser stink on 499 and wait to help him promote something easy like the next JawBreakers slam-dunk when he doesn't need the help so much.

LMAO.

FNT became tedious when the overwhelming majority of the time became devoted to reading superchats. It became borderline un-listenable when Gary added the soundboard clapping when someone donates 50-100 bucks and to top it off he starts reading said superchats while the soundclip is still going.

I like Gary (when he talks about Who or GOT or the Expanse, the shit he actually cares about) but livestreaming completely overtook his channel, not that I can blame him, said franchises are pretty much dead and he has a dedicated livestream series about reading superchats he couldn't read during livestreams which are mostly about reading superchats. He said this shit won't last forever and he's raking it in as hard as he can while he can.

Gary's passion for the things he loved that have since been ruined by Hollywood was the main reason I started watching him regularly a couple of years ago. He seemed very knowledgeable as well as the most genuine and least cynical of the FNT bunch, which is an admittedly low bar when we're talking about douchebags like Griggs and Ryan Kinel.
His outlook seemed like that of an actual fan that lamented the direction of the things he once loved rather than an outrage peddler with a "personality" predicated on making dick jokes and middle school innuendo at the first opportunity.

After a couple of years watching, I've heard pretty much everything Gary has had to say about anything. His "I used to own a comic shop" thing has become an unintentional catchphrase much like Tim Pool's "I'm from the south side of Chicago". Not only are the superchats tedious and time consuming, but listening to Gary try to read a sentence without stumbling over every other word is terribly irritating as a viewer considering the frequency at which they come in. He's also got this really forced, fake laugh he does when someone makes a joke he doesn't get or think is funny but has to do it because everyone else is laughing. The show has just been a slog to get through for a while now. I still kind of like Gary, though.

Who's dream is this project?

Adam Post who bought the long forgotten webcomic?

Or the SJW creators who he stole or bought it from?

It's interesting. Adam doesn't seem to be getting a lot of shit for his CotD and Mermaids IGG scams.

I'd like to see an interview with Stefan Petrucha, the writer, where he details Adam Post's involvement in the creative process for CotD and Mermaids.

EDIT: Upon further investigation, I see that Post was linked back to this WebComic all the way back to 2014. Are he and Petrucha buddies? It appears CotD isn't stolen anyway.

Next time you talk to Zack, tell him he should do a Jawbreakers stop bank robbers story.
And if he goes about "I want to do epic stories" remind him that there can bew epic bank heists to be stopped.
He is talking the talk about other comic pros not doing such stories, it is time to walk the walk (and it can easily be a regural JB story from before God King.
