Someone speculated he isn't even watching full videos and either just looking at promos or grabbing titles from other tweets. He's tweeted before about a video that hadn't actually come out yet, so the title thing is definitely accurate. But, he's also had a few posts that comment on actual things in the video, with one of my favorite examples involving him asking someone if they had the spaghetti that was featured in the background of one video/if it was cooked by whatever dude was in the video. But to go back to your first question, I think that shows he doesn't really view the videos as sexual.
If I had to guess, he enjoys looking at girls, which is likely how he got into following pornstars in the first place, but he doesn't know/understand what happens next. He likes the attention, so he just asks questions/rewords their answers/initial posts to get a response. At times, he's also shown signs of not understanding that the videos are scripted. He treats it like he does wrestling, where he thinks people are actually their characters and they live in the world of their videos. The spaghetti thing is another example of that, with him thinking after the video they just hung out and proceeded to have dinner instead of going to film their next video.

Not to derail, but social media buttons do not require you being logged in for the provider to track you, in fact these social buttons only make cross-site tracking easier. Extensions like Privacy Badger disable them for good reason.
