I checked out the order form (info is on the last page here, and somewhere in the other thread). The order form says that sharing the info without consent isn't legal (or something to that effect), I dind't know if that meant making copies, including digital ones, or what. I figured we could ask you, or someone familiar with Pennsylvania law what can be shared, just so everything's done by the book.

I've asked someone I know who's done this fairly often to get a handle on the etiquette of it. Unless someone here knows more specifics.

It probably wouldn't do to burn the stenographer if there's actually going to be a full trial and that might be more interesting.

As someone who's been w-eening Lenny for a while, I'd say there are definitely enough people who Lenny's in contact with to justify a sub-forum such as his buddies Hy and Kaufmann et al. The problem is that it's often hard to differentiate between who exactly is posting at a given time and where it's coming from, because Lenny basically just takes whatever he's spoonfed by Cool Guys and posts it, or passes it on to Kaufmann who also seems to have a problem with the Farms and his own agenda.

Basically, what I've found with Lenny is that if someone wants to take the Farms for a ruse cruise, he's a very accessible gateway to doing so, as really all you need to do is send him a message on Facebook with a piece of "evidence" for him to sperg over and you're in his inner circle.

Even though we've confirmed that Len has his own network of autism supporting him, it's not clear cut enough for us to point out specific people and make topics discussing them. Unlike the Entertards, these guys aren't signing their names and plastering their shit everywhere, so it's not easy for us to point at one post and attribute it to Kaufmann. Especially when Len and his ilk all seem to spell like a lobotomized chimpanzee.

Also, Null put up the Entersphere forum just because the Farms was getting an influx of Enterspergs and he felt that it might warrant the new board, and it was possibly the worst decision we've ever made. Null and most of the moderation staff just finds Len's antics extremely obnoxious and would probably go ballistic if people started asking for a Len subforum. Not to mention that we've had a couple of foamers join us earlier and, uhhhh... they make the Entersphere look sane.

I would like to point out that we've had a couple of excellent new members join due to Len as well. Obviously they're not the ones classified as foamers, but members like @Gook Choy, Pocket_Sand, and @TopHat have been pretty excellent, as have a couple others.

As was said though, the mods don't look favorably on the thread, and I'll admit it was starting to wear thin, but yesterday was simply amazing, between the craziest lawyer I've ever heard of, Len's antics, and a big reveal later in the day, it's hard not to argue that there's a lot of comedy coming very quickly.

I guess a Len subforum is a bad idea then. I guess the best course of action for Len thread(s) is to do what's already being done now - a main thread and an updates thread, with links to major stories and developments.

Len is insane, but he's the kind of insanity that best comes in bursts. He isn't like ADF or Chris where you can dissect every post for some type of lulz based on some storied past or association. Len either spergs about trains (which most of us don't really care about, no offense to our railfans) or doxxes people, which the mods have to censor if they ever get on here. A subforum on him would either be sparse because of how uninteresting his content can be when he ISN'T being a spastic retard or would become repetitive as hell.

Also, Len is a very infamous person among railfans and foamers, and devoting an entire section to them means we will get a shit ton of these spastics. If you guys remember @Walking Stomach, imagine if there were ten of them all in one topic.

I was so afraid that having his connection throttled would dramatically halt the content but in a way it's done the exact opposite and reducing autism-senpai's direct contact with the site has helped get everyone under control. The Kengle vs. Len fight is amazing thus far and I see no signs of the thread slowing down for a while. I guarantee that when the trial comes around in late September that we're really gonna see even more hilarious content come our way.

I think it was the fact that Len is so easily baited into attacking specific users that the Len topic got so out of hand to begin with. When Len-senpai is literally noticing everyone then it's hard to resist not throwing your name out there and trying to get a bite. I think everyone that's posted on the Len topic has at least been doxxed "once" in the first Doxxing Saga perpetuated by @Kirby's Curr Bee.

Honestly, though, nothing can beat Hy's newfound involvement. I just want to know what in the living fuck is going on with that right now.

a) Hy is doing this to humor Len because "fuck it, people already think I'm batshit, and my career is basically winding down anyway, let's go out in style."

Anyone considering getting a transcript? The agent mentioned a stenographer being present, so there's probably a recording of some sort. Might not be worth it, at something like a buck a page or more for tard rage, but may be worth getting an estimate. Whoever did it would have to deal with the court and/or stenographer.

on the flip side, if anyone is able to secure audio of the proceedings, i can easily transcribe. i do police, legal and medical transcription and could knock that out relatively quickly. the audio could be a cheaper alternative and i am more than happy to make the transcription 100% for the farms.

An account by the name of Flxable started making some really unfunny, shitty posts. The alt was confirmed to belong to the same IP as the other Shaner accounts, but this one had the distinction of writing and spelling better than your usual Len alt. It was suspected that Hy or Kauffman were helping Len out with this one and subsequently he was banned. I'm getting a feeling that Len is trying to change up his tactics to spam the site.

I don't know which of the two is helping; signs point me to Kauffman, but then again, Kauffman is apparently a truck driver or something, so he'd be pretty mobile. Hy on the other hand lives hours away from him and is old and likely not too familiar with the internet.

It could also be one of his many helping him compile responses so he can post it.

Edit: I'm fairly certain it's one of the helping him. This doesn't sound like Hy or Kauffman. It's too subtle for either of them. Hy would probably threaten us with legal stuff and Kauffman has not really shown a capacity to trick us whenever he posted. Ergo, I'm pretty sure it's a coaching Len on what to say.

Also worth noting that the IP wasn't the same as the ones that definitely came from Shaner per se, but apparently is from Chester Springs, which is right by where Hy lives.

I'm honestly not sure about the IP address thing. Edit: Hy lives in Birchrunville, an unincorporated community in PA that for most purposes is considered part of Chester Springs, PA.

My guess is that Len, Hy, and Kaufman are meeting up to discuss this rabid Lenspiracy, which means that... oh dear god... they are this autistic.

Unlikely. Saul has contacted Hy's son and he has made it quite clearly that Hy was not part of the firm, which also implies that Hy and his son do not work together professionally, at the very least. While Hy might be retiring, his son has his entire career still out for him, and he seems sensible enough to not throw it away for Len.

If it's not Kaufman or Hy, then I'll go with Adamska and say it's a w.een.
