He says he's not making fun of these people but he's certainly belittling them. He's also once again bitter that people hold his own words and actions against him. But most of all, he's exhausted and tired by not getting fame and recognition for his work that he thinks he deserves. That's what he's really upset about. He's angry that other people than him are getting the fame he feels he deserves. Because in his mind, that's the only reason to do any of this. There's no passion, it's all just for the endgoal of fame, money and sex.
I do find it rather ironic that he so constantly complains about how much he hates the entertainment industry, yet tries so hard to get into it. He seems to believe that looks and fame are all that matter in this world, (and to some extent they do matter, but that's not 100% of it) but rather than want to change that he wants to succeed in that world. He wants to be a good looking, famous person in a world where that's all that matters. It's like he's a peasant in a medieval kingdom and rather than wish for a more egalitarian system he just wants to fuck a noblewoman and live in a castle while the other peasants toil away.
And to top it all off, while I'm sure he'll be back, he says he's taking a big step in his "career" as a songwriter by... deleting the only social media page he regularly uses for his music. Great idea, Russ. If there's anything he's good at, it's writing about how simultaneously great and opressed he is. His whole message is about how life is so hard because people don't want to help make him famous.
