Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

Im convinced that trump peacefully stepping down completely fucked them over in the long run. They expected anything but that, anything that could give them an excuse to unilaterally size power in the name of the "greater good." Nothing else explains the insane amount of soldiers in D.C.


He didn't do that, and they didn't have a backup plan. So now the dumbass handlers have to do things the hard democratic way. When they expected to simply rule as a dictatorship.

I mean, I think you are partially correct. But they made more misjudgements than that.

They thought the public attitude for more Coronatarianism would overwhelming, they were wrong outside already leftist hellholes.
They thought the RINOs would gain power with Trump gone, but they instead have been steadily losing power.
They -legitimately believed- their own rhetoric about the border.
They thought they'd have massive gains in the Senate and House.
They thought there'd be attacks every other week by Right-Wing Extremists (hence them STILL trying to fan the flames of that one).

And so on and so on.

This. I keep saying this, but the GOP really needs to let it's executive superstars get experience and build their warchests before trying to jump into the big chair. Otherwise, they wind up going in unprepared, get savaged in the media, lose the race, and then more often than not lose their home state - again, see Sarah Palin.

She is a goddamn New York Republican. Which surprises me since New York is literally a dying state. Florida has more electoral power than New York now. Floridian, Texan and Californian Republicans need to stand up to control the party.

People need to stop voting for the GOP and those who want to stay in office need to leave. Until the GOP proves they are not going to just get raw dogged by the DNC and MSM there is no use for their existence.

First step is pulling that fossil McRino the fuck out of office and letting him retire.
