Sort of off topic but this "strategy" reminds me of back when Phil's forum was being doxed one guy on here got so nervous he preemptively doxed himself.

This is my first time seeing this Reddit and Jesus Christ. There are some Twitter detractors I think are pretty cringe(no major names just some randoms in the comments) but they just got a promotion.

From getting fired from Best Buy to get discounts on PS2's to winning 4th in EVO when nobody of any challenge was gonna play that version of Street Fighter in the tournament to telling fans to click on ads to spamming his subscribers with 30 videos to get more views/money to demanding tips instead of cheering and subbing so Twitch gets nothing to now.

His entire life he has scammed someone or some company. Then blows the money on something stupid and the debt circle comes right back around.

Okay. I got Phil's game now. After every slow stream make up some attack the trolls/detractors did and demand pity tips from whoever believes his bullshit for the rest of his natural life.

What a solid life plan.

What I caught is the, not at all for the first time, attempt at painting those who call him on his bullshit, and poo-touchers like Superhound with the same brush.

Phil does not actually believe this shit, any more than he actually blamed evilAJ for him getting sort of swatted, but he loves the idea of the rest of the world doing that. He's that kid on the playground who is a complete ass, gets punched in the face by a bigger asshole, and then goes on a campaign to make sure that anyone who got sick of his shit and said something about it is credited as giving the go-ahead for him to get assaulted.

This kind of thing is all in the name of running away from responsibility. It's all about glossing over his bad behavior so that he can get away with way more of it. Him getting fucked with by legit retards makes it even MORE important than we continue to call Phil out on his bullshit, because whether he deserves that shit or not, he still definitely deserves the criticism.

Never let people like him wipe out their records by exploiting an actual incident. Yeah, you got hit with a false DMCA strike. You're still a slimy piece of shit who has all the things in your ledger that prove it. Being a legit victim in any way now does not make that disappear. Nice try.

Phil and his detractors won't do anything beyond idle threats.

Let's take the only two people who obit Phil that have any semblance of skill: KG and Superhound.

KG is - at absolute best - a pseudo intellectual. He thinks ISP info makes him Varys made manifest.

Superhound can't do anything beyond taking advantage of copyright claims on three woefully broken platforms.

So, these pair of incapable dickheads are left with two options; Minor harassment (which is easily fixed) and/or swatting.

If KG swats, he's in jail. He's not smart enough nor capable enough to hide his trail.

Superhound thinks he's a leet haxor. He likely sees swatting as beneath him.

Even if either go that route, this is also easily managed by the trademark buyer going to the police and explain that he's a false swatting risk.

This isn't 2003. The police take those seriously now. Phil did it the second he moved to WA.

TL;DR Phil's fans any nothing but a minor annoyance.

If Phil gets his trademark back he has to pay for it and keep that payment maintained. That's more begging money on his part.

Phil will be seething at the prospect of putting money in his business. Hell, he won't even update his cam when he pulls $8k+ a month. he'll be bitching about it for months.

If the trademark owner pulls a full gay ops, nothing happens beyond Phil raving like a lunatic and getting money from his fans. A.K.A. business as usual.
