I would say when he realized that he's middle aged and has responsibilities to go along with it, like paying taxes to Uncle Sam? This is probably one of the few times where I feel for Chris. Going back to my hometown always rekindles pleasant nostalgic memories of more carefree days when our lives held much more potential. However, I must stress that Chris is likely never going to realize that his podcast side hustle is never going to work out for him. Several Kiwis have already illustrated that he is late to the party and trying to bask in the dim afterglow of his brother's "fame" is a fool's errand. It's always nice to have a hobby, but I imagine that his followers are growing weary of his constant pleas for patrons.
Damn it, Chris. Man the fuck up. What kind of example are you setting for your children when you beg for money because you didn't factor in taxes when planning home renovations? Maybe you should work overtime or try consulting instead of trying to offload that responsibility to strangers. I get it. That means you would have to sacrifice things you love, but life is about sacrifice, especially for the ones you love. I know you probably want the kind of life your brother has talking about pop culture for a living. The problem with that is your brother is mediocre at his job (and that is me feeling charitable) and he is a laughing stock for 90% of us. Most of his "colleagues" hate him and he is the epitome of the ugly American, both figuratively and literally. This hero worship you have for him is dragging you down whether you realize it or not. Many of us had high hopes that you would be the more sensible one, but you are an even bigger disappointment than Bob ever was.
I don't expect you to heed my words, but I can assure you that your life would be much happier if you did the opposite of your brother. Get the hell off Twitter and be a family man. It would save you a world of frustration and heartbreak.

I mean that's not right. I literally wrote my final on this. So I'll give you the short version. One, it was done by an industrial power. It might even be the greatest power to ever perpetrate a genocide to date. Depending on how you count the Native Americans. The second part is that Germany invaded other countries to do it. And it was committed on other lands. That goes against most genocides. And is part of why that industrialized thing is so important. Germany had the means to genocide people living in other countries, on their own land. And I'm not taking accusations of colonialism being the same as genocide on this one. It's a different thing.

I'll be charitable to Chris and say that there may be mask mandates in the area where he lives. He's still a sperg for keeping the mask on when there's no one about, instead of tucking it into his pocket and wearing it only when other people draw near. As for what's going on with his forehead, I dunno. Maybe a woman with big tits is erupting from it. That would be the only thing that would make people tune in to Chris' podcast, and then only if Chris promised to keep his mouth shut.

Knowing him, his highlight in that game was either ruining a perfect game by jutting his gut out to get a HBP or getting a Little League home run.
I used to watch him regularly more than a decade ago. Even to this day, I still don't fully understand what my younger self was thinking.
One day, there is probably going to be diagnosis about people like this who wear masks in complete open spaces alone and who will continue wearing them long after the situation is under control.
Virtue signaling is an element, but it is starting to go beyond that to the point of some obsessive compulsion.

Realizing that you will have to cut back on something or completely cut it off is something that all functioning adults are able to come around to. Chris, however, appears to be an even worse consoomer than his brother and can't have that lightbulb moment even though his finances are supposedly in the shitter. Getting off the booze would surely help bring some clarity, but he may be well past fucked in that regard.
1) The fact that he refuses to outright say what we all know he's thinking is one of his most frustrating elements. Anyone who studies history can put his statements about calling the denizens of Red counties "unevolved" and "obsolete" and wanting to send the military in to occupy their lands can come to the logical conclusion about what he wants. He fantasizes about the worst brutalities you can inflict on a population but he keeps tap dancing around his language. It's like when he referenced having "not friends" in Arizona. We all know goddamned well what he meant and who he was talking about but he won't outright say it for whatever reason.
2) I don't know about you, but I'd rather have ripped, possibly gay Ivan be the standard rather than...whatever the fuck California bullshit that thing is. Also, the Greatest Generation was hardly the most educated bunch, but it still managed to win the big one. There's a massive difference between being properly educated and being an indoctrinated, belligerent drone which is what Western universities seem to want to turn students into these days.

I dunno how many times this needs to be said, but I guess once more can't hurt.
The coof, like basically every viral pandemic in history, has evolutionary pressure on it to become less deadly over time, because a virus that kills its host isn't going to reproduce very well (HIV notwithstanding, but that's more of a case of a virus spreading in spite of its lethality). This isn't Pandemic 2, viruses don't magically level up when they hit a specific kill target. The fact is, regardless of what we did, once this shit became a pandemic, it would naturally fade into the background over time and become just another cold virus. Lest we forget, the Spanish Flu is still around today, but the reason it isn't killing millions of people every year is because it evolved to be less lethal. Bobby's fantasies about Republicans being shunned for being plaguebearers are laughable and idiotic; within a year or two, nobody will be able to tell the difference between the coof and any other cold, and that's assuming they can now.
Also, in retrospect, we would probably have done well to distribute vitamin D and zinc supplements to every household in the country, since there have been causal links shown between deficiencies in these nutrients and severe coof cases. We also would have done well to look into existing medicines for treatment like ivermectin and focusing on taking care of the worst cases, instead of spending so much time and money on developing non-sterilizing vaccines that have the potential to do more harm than good. But alas, vitamins and generic medicines don't make Big Pharma billions, so make sure to get jabbed!
As a final aside, note that medicines can only be approved for emergency authorization if an existing treatment has not been shown to work. But if these medicines do work...well, really makes you think.
