I really need to lose weight, I put on too much during quarantine. I got covid and my taste has been fucked for about 4 or 5 months now, normal healthy stuff tastes rotten or awful to eat such as chicken and vegetables but fruit is fine. I've mostly been eating takeout a lot because I have lost my will to cook since I used be big on making healthy, home cooked meals pre covid. I have been in this pattern for several years though where I gain a lot of weight, feel like shit, decide to eat right and work out, lose weight, get fatigued from constantly exercising and go back to eating shit/neglecting exercise. Never been able to maintain a healthy lifestyle and it gets harder to bounce back everytime I think. I feel gross eating all this junk shit but everything else tastes awful, chicken/meat/vegies make me gag when eating now.
