If the one is in a mobility scooter, shouldn't she be wearing supportive footwear? Fat, old, or disabled in some way, you're in the scooter because your feet are fucked/you can't walk. Wearing heels in that is like wearing heels in a cast.

Where the heck did the artist get the whole Donald is trans thing from? I can kinda see the autism angle with the reboot version of Huey, but Donald as trans?

I'm late but I can't believe I know the answer to this. A couple of years ago I left the new Mickey Mouse shorts on in the background, so I'm not sure what happened in the beginning, but I looked up and Goofy and Mickey were trapped in Donald's body. They have some hijinks before finding a trap door called 'emergency exit'. This results in Donald laying an absolutely massive egg, and Goofy and Mickey hatch out. Mickey says 'hey wait, how did you lay that egg?'. Donald sweats and runs out the door. Short ends.

I distinctly remembered thinking to myself 'lol Donald Duck trans headcanons'. That has to be it.
