Sam (his ex-gf) was friends with another MCYT called Skeppy who owned a Minecraft server she frequented called InvadedLands. They met on there were Dream was a developer, and the server itself is notorious for it's e-dating culture. I'm guessing that since Dream was a developer and a staff member in a community she was invested in, she saw him as a way to gain more power in said community.
Has he really done anything that awful though? He cheated in a children's block game and made a cringe music video. Oh and he has a fanbase full of dumb kids. This is all very funny but I think this thread is starting to ALog a bit.

Honestly, what's up with this shit about losing weight that came up all of a sudden ITT. He doesn't want to lose weight. And he shouldn't if he doesn't want to. It always bugs me that people want to force people to lose weight. Jesus. Like being thin and healthy is the "correct" way to be.

Dream didn't even come up with that image for himself, his stans did. His original mascot that he, or his gf, came up with was a white blob (it's also more fitting too). He should have been honest at the beginning about his appearance from the very beginning. He didn't even have to do a face reveal or own up to being a deathfat, all he had to say was that he wasn't skinny. It would've made his diehard stans relate to him even more. But it's too late now and he missed out on that opportunity when he decided to commit to the twink LARP.
I def wonder what happens when the fans start leaving and some newer prettier girl shows up to the ball. I assume the drop in followers happens slowly at first, then very fast.
This is a great reminder to anyone sane that it's clear as day how horrendously insecure Dream is. I think what people are getting at is it seems Dream himself would rather lose the weight. That assumption comes from the fact he uses his brother to model, made his CGI persona slim, and denies that he's fat.

On top of that, Dream spent the last six months lying about cheating in Minecraft. Him coming out as a hamplanet and admitting that he used his brother as a body double will cause him to lose any credibility that he has left. Dream's priority is keeping his delulu stans happy but he worries deeply about how the Internet perceives him too. He still comments on low-karma reddit threads about him and if he finds out if a Youtuber or Twitch streamer is shit talking him, he'll weasel himself into their DMs or livestream so he can clear his name (recently he did this to Hasan and he's now following the rbgc clique).
I don't believe Dream will be able to lose the weight in time for the planned meet-up in 2022. A large event like that takes a lot of planning and if he were to bailout, imagine the shit storm that will cause. I know I can and I'm excited about it. Maybe Dreamcon will be a bigger shit storm than Tanacon or Dashcon.
As for fat youtubers or content creators, the only fat guy I can think of who has stans similar to Dream is Patrick Stump from Fall Out Boy, he was even shipped with his best friend Pete Wentz. But unlike Dream, Patrick never came off as being insecure about his body and wasn't that much of a heckin' chonkerino, even at his fattest. His stans actually got upset when he lost weight, believe it or not.

It's the account he used in all of badboyhalo's Cell Wars vids, he speaks in these videos too. Those vids definitely prove Dream has DreamOnPvp. Those videos all got deleted, I'm not sure when, but they were up for a *long* time, so there's a chance they could be spidered into some archive or saved by someone.
