That was my first thought too when I saw the bikini picture. With the exception of the huge boobs, it looks like a PCOS body type. I wouldn't be surprised if there is some similar hormone issue going on.

Looked into articles on it and found no evidence of any disorder mimicking PCOS (kinda need ovaries to HAVE PCOS itself) in MTFs.
Did find that FTM who don't get their ovaries removed have a higher rate of it.

He's not a teenager anymore. Jazz is a public figure, it would've been weird if he said nothing at all about the weight gain despite it being very obvious. I think he wants to get healthier and feel better, but momager, the gender people, and TLC aren't gonna help with that.

But there's a difference between "I gained weight due to unhealthy habits and will be addressing it" and calling out the exact figure in pounds!

This is the “storyline” for season 7. I still reckon it ends with a trip to the operating theatre and not intensive therapy for what’s actually causing the BED.

Exactly. Funny how they will go to the most extreme and absurd lengths to deal with Jazz's issues but completely ignore that intensive therapy is needed.

Nothing will change for Jazz except the appearance of other, even more disturbing signs that all is not well. Perhaps a drug saga, perhaps a munchausens journey, perhaps yet another identity crisis or who knows.

I'm so disgusting watching this gross family exploit and promote severe mental issues for fame and fortune.

Jazz has never been well and never will be until they address the mental issues. They need to get the hell of that family.
