Dave Brian Muscato / Danielle Tatiana Muscato / Danielle Brian Muscato - Half-Assed Trans Activist, Fully Arrested, Rape Appropriator, Currently Trying to Extort His Parents

I love when troons get in a huff when people call them men. They have to pull out all the paperwork to prove it. "Well, I'm a woman because I have my revised birth certificate and my driver's license and my doctor's note and my pysch doctor's note and someone called me ma'am today and a man on the street CATCALLED ME! That all means I am a woman!"
Indiana's legislature once tried to declare the value of pi to be 3.2. If they'd actually passed that bill into law, would the value of pi have been 3.2 for real, or would it just have proven them to be absolute morons? Troon shit is on an equal level of attempting to legislate reality.

Pill posts are sperg bait and I have bitten. Here's a table of info. Thanks to @TheBigOne and @Aunt Carol for good posts—there are a couple of new IDs in here, but I agree with all of yours.

Note that in the US the FDA requires both prescription and over-the-counter drugs to have an imprint code. Some of these pills obviously don't (because they're clear, we can see both sides of them, or both), so as they're presumably not illegal they must be supplements. IDs where the code isn't visible are tentative.

[1] I was going to write a long 'what the fuck' note here about the unsafe NSAID usage (did you know that Muscato has cardiovascular and gastrointestinal (archive) risk factors?) but the simplest answer is that it's a lie for the photo op (and the Nexium is as-needed for heartburn (archive)). If not, what the fuck.

[2] No Twitter results, but the low, once-daily dosage suggests RLS, not Parkinson's disease.

[3] Dose is probably too high for migraine prophylaxis, plus see this Tweet (archive). @Aunt Carol is on the money here; bipolar disorder is mentioned in this one (archive).

[4] This might be a different stimulant (a lot of them come in blue capsules), but it doesn't look like any Adderall formulation I know. Could be the psych decided on something else.

[5] I really don't know about this one. Claimed (archive) to have been on finasteride, spironolactone, and (patch) estrogen—but also talked about (archive) stopping the estrogen, and while the spiro might be one of the round white ones I'm pretty sure there's no finasteride in this picture.

[6] Might literally just be gummies. Might be healthier that way, too; gummy vitamins have questionable quality control in the first place, and I've never heard of one with a recommended dose of 5/day...

Bonus: this isn't the first "look at my medication" post. Here (archive) are more crucial heart meds. One is indeed rivaroxaban, and I can't identify the top capsule or the bottom stadium, but the others are naproxen, duloxetine, and levothyroxine (none of which has anything to do with the heart).

Also claims to be or have been on something for diabetes (archive), though it's not clear what, and Vicodin (archive), though that might have been a one-time thing (archive). And weed, ofc.

You're in luck! (Archive.)
Nice post. You are correct that the blue/white capsule next to the divalproex is 30mg generic cymbalta.

Divalproex (sodium valproate) is an antiepileptic that is sometimes effective for neuropathic pain. I guess this is something some poor witless doctor threw at his numerous pains and aches. Cymbalta is a newer type of antidepressant.

How do you get 3.2 from 3.1416? You only round UP when it's 5 or above. I swear to God, our country is getting dumber each waking day.

It was a women’s shelter. You can watch the video on YouTube, it’s still up (don’t know how to archive on mobile my b)

It took Dave nearly 2 years to reply to this comment. Incredible.

Dave should be the last person giving career advice.

Yeah, Dave loves making incendiary assertions about cops. Cops are sociopathic thugs. Cops are specifically tasked to kill blacks. Calling the cops on a black person is an act of murder. There is no such thing as a "good" cop. Blah, blah, blah.

This is Dave's brother.

And his missus.

Dave's issues run deeper and uglier than just wearing panties.

Wait, his bro is a copper who is a professing Jew and married a black lass? You could hardly be more intersekshional, could you?
No, your see he's a Israel supporting minority stomping pig who only married her for a fetish and to keep her under a white man.

This dude is chronically "houseless" and e-begs nonstop, yet has a 700+ dollar Fender Precision bass casually sitting against his wall in the video a couple pages back and I've also seen videos and pics of him playing very pricey gear that he seemingly owns, including a ~1200 dollar James Tyler Variax guitar. I assume he has amps for these instruments, and likely other instruments/gear as well.

He could sell just those two things I specifically mentioned, assuming he's kept them in decent condition, and have enough for a month or two of rent for a cheap studio apartment in his area (or first month + security deposit), or several months rent if he was renting a room with others.

As is the case with CWC, anyone giving money to Dave at this point is just as big of a lolcow as he is.

I thought GFM did not allow fundraising for criminal matters?
Here's the GFM criteria for legal fundraising.

The TL;DR is that you can raise funds for legal matters, even if you are a convicted criminal who is GFMing an appeal or something, but not if the thing you're accused of/convicted of is a hate crime (as defined by GFM itself, not federal/state guidelines), a violent crime, a financial crime or a crime of deception (i.e. identity theft). So, Dave's drug arrest falls within the guidelines of acceptable, alas.

Leaving the toilet seat up and other ladylike behaviours would amuse me slightly, but it's probably general creepiness.
Watching people sleep from the hallway and sniffing the used tampons is never a good look.

Arrested for manufacturing? As in manufacturing drugs?

I already knew he was into pot. But this would explain one hell of a lot. Originally I thought his sweaty flushed complexion was just because he was a disgusting obese man who didn't take care of himself.

So what do people think that he is cooking? Meth? I would love to see the court records to see if any of it tested positive for drug residue.

I think the assumption is either that he was carrying more weed than would be for personal use along with 'cooking supplies' sufficient to render it down to oil, or the (likely unprescribed/illicit) Vyvanse that Dave posted a picture of -- as identified by Kiwis in Dave's "look at all my pills those darn dirty jerkops wouldn't let me take!" tweet -- along with cooking supplies and/or maybe opioid pain pills made the cops think he was making speedballs (if Dave also had opioid pain pills, which would track, since he complains of chronic pain) -- typically speedballs are cocaine + opioid, but any illicit stimulant (including meth) + opioid will do, iirc.

Or it could be as simple as him having several OTC ingredients for meth along with 'cooking supplies', which when found together lead to the presumption of meth production.

Or it could be something else; depends on what drugs he got arrested for possession of, which we don't conclusively know yet. But my money is on one of those options.

They've certainly recreated the law in their own image, haven't they? Using semi-random criteria rather than, for example, the clear legal distinction between misdemeanour and felony.

As it stands, manufacturing or dealing in hard drugs are exempt, which is absurd to a degree.
