A horrifying thought from 4chan last night: What if Jazz got fat on purpose so the extra skin after weight loss can be harvested and used to repair things enough to let him live a normal-ish life?

I’m now imagining an arm roll up between Jazz’s scarred the fuck up legs. Fuck you for that imagery.

Pretty positive that Jazz got fat because his child brain tells him to just eat and eat to cope, though. They show some of his binges on the show and there’s one where he’s eating a jar of Nutella and pretzels in the car immediately after going to Publix, for example.

I don't think it's necessarily a child-brain thing. I think he just lives in a world where he is stressed, isolated, and under constant pressure with a famous/social media family where he has no privacy or any real choice in his life. He eats because it's comforting, but it could just as easily be drugs or alcohol if he actually had friends who weren't clout leeches.

Jazz might be a brat but I feel for him. While it is hard being the unfavorite of a narcissistic parent, it is arguably worse to be the favorite.

Yeah, you’re right. I was mostly just thinking about how stunted Jazz is not only physically but mentally. If you watch the show he gets into meltdowns a lot. You tell him no or don’t give him instant gratification and he just starts sobbing. There’s definitely a nurture factor in this but those puberty blockers did absolutely no good to him. They fucked him up exactly like the poison they are.

If Jazz wasn't receiving constant validation would probably put him in a worse position he is now. Those videos are also the only exercise he does. It's tragic, but it's what we have now...

As they have confirmed his weight is also due to the many hormones he takes, then he's never losing weight in the same way someone healthier would. Exercise and a diet help, but the hormone problem needs to be dealt with too.
