My theory is that he has one person that tips $40 every day, and Phil reads what he thinks will be an appropriate amount after the break to encourage people to hit he tips goal, but also net him a little extra. Then he also just pockets the money secretly on days where the goal was hit.

Alternatively, there may be several whales that tip on a regular basis (consider that some big tippers like DevilUK will just go missing), and he actually gets several direct tips every day, and just picks one that he feels will be the most appropriate. Remember he disappeared after Phil asked to speak to him behind the scenes - that could have been to arrange a standing order for support.

I do not believe it's all Phil himself, though. On one hand, it's a great boost to entice people to hit the goal, but on days like today, he would be the majority tipper himself, and I don't think he'd be satisfied with doing that. That instance where he noted that a tip hadn't come in for 2 hours I addressed at the time - it suggests that he reads these tips on his breaks to use them to hit the vest goal, but they come in consistently at another time each day, and via the direct method (since he was trying to see if StreamElements had an issue when he complained). He has botched this before and admitted that SilentBob tips him directly and he reads it when he 'sees the email', but I think it's just a daily standing order. He has mentioned that SilentBob tipped him on his day off before, and, allegedly, does not actually watch the streams.

Regardless, the lynchpin of this whole operation is the names. Either Phil or the whales have chosen to use these identities to differentiate between the tips for some reason. It obviously differentiates between the tip values, but is that because it is different people, or is this something Phil came up with as a way to keep track of what value he has used? We don't know. I said before that OiC got a lot of attention as a big whale, but whatever is happening here with these names, and these consistent cycling amounts, and this lack of public-facing notifications - this really demonstrates that there is an intentional scam operating here.

The minute Phil moves something behind the scenes and arbitrates what we know about that thing, he's lying. There's zero reason to assume he isn't, and that is exactly the arrangement he is always looking for so that he can lie and manipulate without issue. I have no doubt he is kicking himself for ever admitting direct tips were involved.
Its probably just a coincidence but $37 - $40 per day like silent bob usually tips for 26 streaming days a month would be pretty close to a clean $1,000 per month. If someone did have an agreement with phil to drop $1,000 per month that he could prorate and reveal as needed each day, it would work out to about $37 per day.

What would DSP do if one day tips were so low he could no longer justify streaming or sitting on his fat arse waiting for paypigs to cough up there money.

Not even sure what he can do, I know he has so e business degree but with little work experience he's pretty screwed. And that's not to mention his infamy, wonder if he'll do something mundane like Wings.

DSP door dashing in 'extreme' temperatures would be funny.

A story in two parts. Guess Phil doesn't like people posting about his $600 tire fix.

I don't think Phil could ever admit that streaming isn't working out for him, he would still be streaming until they turned his electricty off after running out of credit cards to put his bills on then probably move back to his parents and stream from there until they die. Then we hit the inheritence arc.

He would start doing software development at Microsoft or working as an engineer at Boeing. Thats if he decided not to become a high ranking officer in the military instead.

I honestly can't see Phil sending himself fake tips.

Reasons:
  1. He has a herd of autistic nigger cattle that fall for all his lies and send him money
  2. He can't spend fake tips on WWE Champions
  3. He's not smart enough to do this for 5+ years without being caught out
  4. Why would the vest streak have ended if he could keep the pahsativity going with a fake tip?
  5. Actual real nigger cattle like OIC will be less likely to step in and save him with a real tip if he's already at the tips goal with a fake tip.
  6. People like @actually wouldn't have been able to accurately track his earnings if he did this and we know how accurate he was from the bankruptcy filing.
The guys too stupid to pull something like this off for so long and not fuck it up.

"We haven't even hit 2/3 of the tips goal."

$100. Just say $100. "Tips goal" is not a fucking unit of measurement, especially since you keep changing the definition.

This guy is so unbelievably slimy.
For how much he begs and never shuts up about money, he goes out of his way to say "money" directly. It's "support", it's the "tips goal", it's the "vest goal", it's "interaction". He knows how slimy it would look saying $100 for playing games for a few hours is "slow" so he weasels his way around it by coding it in euphemisms.

I've legitimately never seen anybody beg as much or talk about money as this guy. Everything he talks about ties back to money in the end. His whales can give him all the money they want but the more he gets the more he expects and it's never going to end. There will never come a day when he just plays games and stops talking about money like a normal streamer because Phil's not a streamer, he's a scammer who just happens to play video games.

you forgot another big one "help"

Also to help a little with the timelines here, SilentBob's first tip according to PigPigGo was November 11th, 2019, pre-dating the vest streak and the emergence of OiC in May of 2020. Maybe worth noting is that his tips did initially trigger popups - I don't believe that changed until Phil swapped to StreamElements.
This is also pre-bankruptcy, further suggesting that it wasn't Phil tipping himself.

Let's break this down real quick.

1. His tip goal of $200 was only met by his whales, and it started to slow down a lot the closer it got to his youtube payment. He won't have to ask for tips anymore.
2. He drops the goal back to $100, and yet again, it was only hit maybe half of the time by his whales. Literally only 2 or 3 non-whales tipped.
3. Less than 2 weeks after he drops the goal, he brings it back up to $150, and it was only a "success" for 2 streams thanks to his whales.

This is the real start of his desperation. He knows he's fucked, but he has no other choice but to make the whales give him more, and the new goal has already failed on it's 2nd day. Yes he's still making quite a bit, but it's nothing compared to twitch. Less than 200 members, "I don't know what's going but, uh, NOBODY'S TALKING", and he's solely reliant on whales now. Nobody is tipping. And we get to sit back and watch the slowly sinking ship sink faster.

Dude, Jax_raxxor... It's not the fact you tipped $25 after saying that you would save money. No, that's fine for me, do whatever you want. But holy shit, asking what's his SF2T best characters list??? Dude, how long have you been watching this? Even I know that he would put Balrog and Old Sagat on the top... Jesus Christ...

Yes, though, we have to remember that Phil being 'fucked' does not mean he's going down in flames, it just means he is suffering. We're talking about him feeling that $9k in a month is not enough, so he's trying to claw it back up to $11k.

He's an addict, and he wants to have about $5k to burn on his mobile gaming and rampant spending. His income could be cut in half before he is actually not at risk of being able to afford his bills. Everything shy of that is Phil giving into his addictions and refusing to adapt and gain some self control. Hopefully, we're going to see things get hilarious before he ends up really fucked - that'll be the withdrawal period. As Phil needs to cut back his spending on his addictions in order to fulfill his responsibilities because he doesn't have credit to fall back on, and he gets extremely angry and irrational. Or, even better, he accepts those high-interest credit cards and destroys his life completely.

But, as always, we're not going to see an actual burnout anytime soon.

On stream right now, we're getting one of his little meme segments where he describes mundane household activities where he is just SCRAMBLING around the house, running everywhere, longing to sit down and relax. Which would be what he does at 'work' all day, but sure.
Jasper puked on his comforter.
Big ups to my man Jasper. Keep puking and shitting on the bed until those retards stop locking you in the bedroom all night. #FreeJasper

so wait, Jasper puked on the bed THIS MORNING during his 2 hour break he said he had to wash "that" and take the stuff in the washer out..

So he left cat puke on the bed all morning and afternoon?
This was messy, but at the end he mentioned this being part of the reason he was 10 minutes late to stream, so I think putting the comforter in the wash was supposed to be this morning.
What he did, however, was roll this into the explanation of what he did over his 2 hour break to make it sound even more frantic, despite this part having happened in the morning. It was confusing because he was lying about the timeline in order to exaggerate.

Sidenote here... Washington is still relatively warm and they're just coming off a heat wave. Why are they using a comforter? Two people (allegedly) and a cat in a bed with a comforter? Or, did the comforter get the vest treatment and it was wadded up on the floor for Jasper to soil because they were too lazy to put it away properly?
