Update on this trailer (the second one I posted) I think it's a mash-up pack because of how its name on Youtube is "Minecraft China Apocalypse: Endless Fantasy" and it looks very different compared to the footage/images of Apocalypse mode.

It seems to only be tangentially related to apocalypse mode, Dr. MadMan can be seen in the start so maybe she has something to do with the plot idk.

Not too sure still if they have the Workshop but this may prove that they do. (And that they have exclusive content on it as well)
 
Do any of you guys know of any small minecraft servers that you visited and played on at some point?

The ones I remember doing was a player vs zombies minigame server called Zombie Manic. This other one was called Dwarves vs Zombies.

I can't be the only one that got kind of bothered by how they had Steven in the thumbnail of the 2019 April Fools Minecraft 3D (1994) but they played as Alex for some reason.

I see what you mean, but it's probably nothing to look too much into. If anything, her involvement could be Jeb's doing due her being based off of him. Or it be because Alex's player model is the one most used for skins.

Also in regard for the rainbow creeper icon, people were joking about how they haven't changed it long after June ended. That might have played a factor in why they didn't bother this year. Or maybe they were too lazy to bother.

Yeah, I was thinking about something like that being the case but either way, even if it's his doing then it's still pretty gay if not gayer.

Also when the fuck was Alex the most used skin? Steve is still the face of Minecraft and has been around way before her.

Fucking binged the whole lot last year and felt a little sad. Putting this on immediately.
Pretty funny watching the old reddit videos and seeing the admins drop "nigger"s and other unpleasantries considering how reddit is today.

Storm (and Jaroks by extension, since Storm fucks with him) is the only person worth caring about in the series, thankfully since it's his POV he gets all the screentime, so it's good.

The original team isn't with him, it's a bunch of people in the Anti P2W (Anti Pay-To-Win) scene of Minecraft that are doing it because of "moral reasons" where as Storm just fucks around with a town and helps shit up the economy because it's funny. It's still good, but if it was an all original team it wouldn't be.
Though Storm and these guys probably aren't going to be collabing anymore since Mojang changed the EULA to allow some P2W servers, and most of the new team got sad about it and stopped fucking with P2W servers after, with Horizon specifically whining about his classes on his community tab, trying to get his viewers to boost him in Hypixel Skyblock and starting a shitty SMP along the lines of Dream SMP but anarchy. Honestly if Storm does come back again with some old members, or at least more competent people compared to these newbies, that'd be wonderful.

For me, it's not the same. If they aren't smashing down entire cities, cheating ruthlessly, flooding the chat with rude words, and erecting swastars everywhere, then it hardly feels like Team AVO. Unfortunately, with how Minecraft as a game and the internet as a whole has evolved over the years, I'm not even sure if they CAN do what they used to, since there's now so much anti-hacking and anti-griefing plug-ins in Minecraft that they'd probably be shut down in minutes, their work undone, and all of their accounts banned not just from the servers, from from the game itself.

It's just the servers. Nothing really stops them playing the base game. Bedrock edition's ban just expands to multi-player servers beyond the standard multiplayer (Realms, etc.).

I haven't watched griefing videos in forever, but I've never heard of Team AVO anyways so I'm definitely going to check it out.

Agreed. It was an enjoyable couple of videos but overall it's definitely not the same as the old stuff. Though it did end up being a sort of charming story and he made a friend along the way.

Storm pretty much carried the entire thing. The first episode was boring right clicking on a bunch of losers' chests and the rest was cone related shenanigans because storm started messing with some rando in chat.

I'll have to look at the other guys' videos because I think watching an economy collapse could be interesting but it certainly isn't the same social engineering fun that AVO did.
Also that last video with the discord is absolutely soul sucking, it makes me feel like a lich. Most of those kids weren't even alive when AVO was in it's prime.
