I thought this was generally known, but Phil definitely has at least two PayPal accounts. When he filed for bankruptcy he initially didn’t list any of his PayPal accounts, but he later amended the document to show two accounts.

My guess is one is a PayPal business account, and one is a personal PayPal. In any case, I think it’s safe to say that he probably did some money shuffling between the accounts during the bankruptcy ($0 in one account? Why have that account and why would you list it if it wasn’t used?). I also agree that his parents or others may be sending money into his second PayPal through the friends or family PayPal feature.
I can confirm that he uses 2 paypals. He just talked about this in some shit I watched, but his reasoning was for tax purposes iirc. So yea, one for the business and then from there he just shuffles the money into his personal. I'll find it later if I'm feeling up to it (I probably wont)

The parents and others shuffling money? Eh idk about that. I do agree that Phil's parents and their info is on the AdSense that he currently uses because, you know, he's been banned from it.

I think it skated by because none of the people who he owed money to cared. The only group that wanted their money was MidFirst and they're getting it. If none of the people owed money care why should the trustee not let it skate through.
It's exactly this. Phil's attorneys job is to submit his paperwork and push him through. She isn't getting paid to determine if he is a liar and as long as she doesn't see proof of it being a lie it isn't her problem since she can only go off what the client said. At the end of the day Phil is the one attesting under penalty of perjury, the lawyer is just preparing the documets.

The trustee's job is to represent the creditors interests and squeeze as much out of the estate as possible. The incentive for her is she gets a cut. If none of the creditors give a shit and she sees nothing she can sell then there is no reason for her to do more than rubber stamp it and collect the flat fee. Had there been any interest from actual creditors there would have been actual scrutiny that could have caught Phil in a lie.

One thing to remember, he was turned into an asset case briefly so she did think there had to be money somewhere but she ultimately found out there weren't any yachts on Phil's patio and PSN and WWEC accounts have no cash value.

In some sick ironic way the mental illness that allows him to live in his own reality is like a self preservation mechanism.
Things like that make me think he has to have some degree of psychopathy. They love themselves too much to ever do that, and it would req a certain amount of shame and conscience that those ppl lack.

Not Enough Rainbows but if Phil wanted to start a life redemption run now would be the perfect time. It’s got all the hallmarks of a classic heel/face turn: villain gets more villainous, getting prezzies and shitting on people and then bam, announces his daytime stream surprise is gonna be nothing but giveaways of his old tech. Derich, you need a thirdhand laptop? Done. GaryBKK wants a PS4 Pro for his ladybois? Hooked the fuck up. Superblindman needs a bedroom TV? Well shit man, it ain’t 4K but it’s not like you need to worry about that anyway!

C’mon, Phil. You want to stick it to us? Show us how we really don’t know you? Do something nice for someone else and ask nothing in return.

The narcissism with strong delusions that he feeds into make me agree with you.

But was she doing her "job" as a professional? Yeah she got him off but by helping him withhold how much until questioned? She would've been wiser to turn the case down after Dave didn't give reasonable information
If memory serves Rochelle was the cheapest of the cheapest lawyers for a bankruptcy. He had to fill it out (ie: pay) a second time because "trolls" were calling him out on his bullshit papers. He was quite animated about that. The original filling was way worse, and much funnier. He's a grade A scumbag. Rochelle just did what she got paid the 1k or so for. The responsibility for an accurate filling was with Phil.

All of you talking about the bankruptcy again, don’t forget that the creditors didn’t care about Phil is because they already got their money back and he already paid them many times how much he owed through interest. And Phil didn’t learn his lesson and will do it again.

I agree just think she's as sleazy Dave.

I mean I get it she's not exactly Niccolo Machiavelli, but she gets free room and board and judging by what Phil has been revealing lately, she doesn't even feel like throwing shit in the microwave anymore for her pig husband to D'VOUR. If that isn't her using him I don't know what is.
I do agree with adaludda peepol here that it's not a one way street though, they use each other. It's a codependent relationship.
If someone told you you could live with Phil and have free room and board but you had to see Phil every day, cook him dinner most days, spend his one day off from work shopping and eating with him, plus once a year or so you'd have to fuck him, would you consider yourself to be "using" him and that to be a fair trade?

Hard pass.
