Re insanity pleading:

This is all over both threads, the idea that Chris “will plead insanity“ or be found not guilty by reason of insanity,

This is not going to happen.

Interested parties may wish to read it. It will be swiftly apparent based on Chris’ own statements and content that he has no fucking hope of pleading any insanity defence.

The fact Chris is a nut job does not in itself provide a defence. He also must either:
- not understand the nature, character, and consequences of his act; OR
- be unable to distinguish right from wrong; OR
- be unable to resist the impulse to commit the act.

Let’s look at what we know. Chris has bragged to multiple people in grotesque detail about the acts he perpetrated on Barb. He was in no way lacking in understanding that those acts were of a sexual nature or that he was doing them to someone other than Barb. So the first leg of the test is out.

He concealed the identity of the person he was abusing from Null and I assume others. This shows he knows the act was considered wrong and indeed shows he was almost certainly aware it was legally prohibited. So the second leg is gone.

He bought a Sex With The Disabled book on Amazon at some point before or during the abuse. VA law rules out ”irresistible impulse“ - the third leg of the test - if there is evidence of premeditation. He bought a book to assist him in molesting Bar. There’s your premeditation.

Being found not fit to plead, or not guilty due to reason of insanity, is not going to happen for Chris even though he is a sped and possibly delusional too. We can stop talking about this possibility. There is sufficient evidence here to make out the case that he wanted to rape his mom, decided to rape his mom, raped his mom, and then bragged about it remorselessly afterwards whilst trying to conceal jusssst enough of the truth to not get partyvanned.

That’s where we are. That is what he did.

haha I agree. I would have thought the same as you. I'm just wondering if enough clues may have been there for people more familiar with Chris to figure it out more quickly? I guess I assume people were investigating and once they figured it out they leaked the messages. It's just a shame it took as long as it did.

Going back and looking at old videos of Chris knowing what we know now, the signs were definitely there. lol I think I even saw a comment someone made last year where they predicted Barb and Chris would fuck.

Side note: Has Chris ever had sexual contact with someone that wasn't his mother? I think Chris' downward spiral towards becoming an incestuous transgender woman could have been avoided if they had paid some hookers to fuck him once or twice after he was 18.

I watched the stream with Rikieta Law last night and Null mentioned Chris had a girlfriend he'd kept secret. I'm guessing he revisited those messages today and put it all together. I didn't think it possible to be more disgusted by Chris, to fucking brag about having PIV sex with his mother. Because he did, judging by the condom comment. It was bad enough for him to have just fingerbanged.

Barb took the bent duck. JFC.

I just got home from work ready to dive into day 2’s content and what do I find?

My own parents have returned to the city. Shit, and I still have to have my TV running these loud livestreams because too much needs to be unpacked.

Worse is I’ve told my mom about Chris before.

A prostitute he lost his virginity to and - I may be misremembering - but I think it was also implied he was being coerced into having gay sex with people he met online for money (I haven't been following Chris too closely so I might be wrong about that last part)

I mean, the problem with weens and a-loggers was that they would fucking pester the authorities with shit they don't care about. Like mistreatment of animals because he lets his cats outside and overfeeds the dogs. Or that the house is a stye. Stuff that may very well be true in a sense but is either not clearly illegal or is true of a good 1/4th of households in the county. The police, social workers and everyone else had lots of other shit to deal with other than a bunch of internet autists calling them about alleged fire code violations in a residence based on a youtube video they saw.

But fucking one's own mother- who is possibly mentally incompetent or otherwise disabled? No, that crosses the bar cleanly from "no one cares about this but internet weirdos" to "oh what the flying fuck, we can't abide this shit, even in Virginia"
