Everything Chris told me about his girlfriend - a/k/a hindsight is 2020

All I can think of is how in his words he drops weird autistic hints of what he's talking about. Like when Null helped him with the going to whatever pony shit con saying "I wouldn't throw a kiwi at him" to "disguise" that it was him with the gofundme.

The hints here and there in that statement just creepily indicate that. Specially the "numbers and accounting" and how familiar and fondly he speaks of this "girlfriend", even more so than his "sweethearts".

Sincerely sickened.

His ego has always been so big that he can't help not talking about, but talking about things. He thinks he's great and infallible and everything he does is amazing, so he wants to brag about it.
This is where you get the moments in his vlogs where he would always reference a gal-pal or briefly imply something but then coyly stop with some sort of "that's all I'll say about that" or "you know what I mean" behavior. He thinks he's a master of wordplay.
He wants to brag about everything, he wants people to know what he's doing. Because everything is a victory or something he thinks puts him above other people.
Including fucking his elderly mother.

I don't know what Null is doing now, but I hope he's alright. He should've abandoned Chris a long time ago knowing how unstable and delusional that guy is, but his determination to better his life pushed him deeper below the iceberg.
There is no turning back for Chris Chan, not after this. His story, his life, is over. And anyone that says otherwise is coping.

While I'm as disgusted as anyone by the implications that Chris fucking his brain-addled mother is a thing that's happened at least once since the 27th of June, I'm not the least bit surprised by reading this. I can guarantee you he thought it was extremely clever that he was dropping subtle breadcrumbs along the way, taking you for a rube who'd never see past his allusions. If you have screencappable logs of this shit Null I hope you at least pass it on to the authorities to help indicate that he isn't too mentally handicapped to know what he was doing was wrong.

Also, there are a lot of coping mechanisms that come into play with slowly progressive dementia. This is even easier if there is someone else in the house to do things (like deal with bank accounts, which it's clear that Chris had access to).

I'm not convinced either way but one thing to note is that when such a person goes from their familiar environment into a hospital setting or anything significantly different for a few days they often decline very rapidly, cognitively, because their coping mechanisms are not as available to them. While we have no reason to think the Barb has been previously diagnosed with anything, I imagine this observation could easily lead to one.

His story isn't over. There's always gonna be retards who'll poke the cow and chronicle his life. But nobody's gonna help him after this. Chris is beyond saving. We will watch with grim smiles when Idea Guy 2.0 makes him shit the bed or punch himself, as he gets carted off to prison or an asylum, and as the homeless saga begins. He has destroyed any goodwill we might've had with this stunt.
