This is true, however I would imagine that there would be signs of sexual activity within her. Maybe damage, she is fucking old.

Additionally, Chris is disgusting and unhygienic, that house is a tip. Those condoms, his used underpants, barbs old underpants are probably still in there, unwashed. You find some of Chris' semen on those underpants, or any of barb on the outside of a used condom, he's done.

likely he is taken into a secure institute, and not let out for quite some time. its a pretty heinous crime, and there no reason to think he wouldn't do something like this again. this whole thing has left me not wanting to know anything about chris or his life anymore, hes just gross

It just hit me that, if this goes to trial, that in addition to jail time; Chris could be made to register as a sex offender. That'll follow him for the rest of his life and make a lot of common every day things impossible to do anymore. (He couldn't legally step within 200 ft of many areas deemed child heavy.)

If 14 Branchland Court is within a certain distance of a school, he could be barred from living there.

The especially heinous nature of the crime and the fact that Chris has a record as a repeat violent offender makes me inclined to suspect Chris isn't going to get a slap on the wrist this time. They could get 6, maybe even 12 months for this. Three years max in an unrealistically just world. But even then I just think that's a somewhat higher probability than not.

Prostitutes are like advance strippers. They tell you things they think you want to heard. Not just so for you to tip them, but for you to return to them multiple time. Create a clientele that will visit and pay often for your services. The main reason you can tell Chris isn't lying about his visits with the prostitute is that he had sex with her twice on two different occasions, and then when he called her the third time she told him She want to reevaluate her life choices and stop being a prostitute. Chris is so disgusting that even a prostitute started refusing him.

Wait, he would be obligated to put the special device that will track all his internet activity or in the worst case, just like Bob failed to do, cut that thing down? There is no way he would let it be that way.

She's elderly and probably hasn't seen anything for years. Even if he just slid a few fingers in there, there's going to be signs of tearing.

I'm not saying that it's a 100% lie. I just don't believe everything he say unless there's a shit ton of proof.

This whole situation got me thinking, and I know it's kind of not-done to look at certain things from too much of a perspective of hindsight but...

It's just fascinating that if the Chandler family had just listened to the teachers at his (first I believe?) elementary school, instead of literally fleeing to avoid Chris getting put in special Ed then it's incredibly likely that none of this would have ever happened.

Chris would have most likely at least not been so developmentally challenged, might have learned to take care of himself and even gained a sense of responsibility and even with borbs bad parenting the extra attention he would have gotten from special programs in his school would have still done more good than bad.

I'm glad Chris is (kind of) an anomaly. Could you imagine if more parents neglected and enabled (at the same time) their autistic kids like Chris has been? How many CWC's would be running around? Even the most neglectful parent will, at the very least, send their kid to special ed. which apparently mitigates a lot of the batshit crazy if Chris' story is anything to go by.

On the other hand: Sonichu would have never been created so there's that.

Back in the day I was a minor character in Christory: The lawyer James Zylberstein (Chris refered to me in some videos as "Jay-Z", lol) and together with another chap that I met on the PVCC forums we trolled/pranked Chris by pretending that Sonichu and Rosechu would be introduced to Animal Crossing. The other guy: Metricinchworm (I can't believe I still remember this) made an image of the characters actually in the game and Chris of course bought it. I'm also the one that convinced Chris to change some of the character's names because of legal reasons (Sorry guys...) Such as the names of real people because I had the misguided idea that I could make Chris see some reason that what he wanted (his own comic books and videogames) could never work in the real world because everything was pretty much rife to get destroyed in court. My method was too abstract for Chris to comprehend.

I had email correspondence with Chris during this time and I discovered first hand how gullible he was. However, he never got the hint. I believe Metricinchworm was pretending to be a developer from Nintendo and everything he said was believed on face value by Chris as well. After a while, when the whole Clyde-cash saga first began I got bored and decided to see if I could get Chris to see reason by literally just reasoning with him without using my Lawyer persona and roundabout ways. This didn't work because hilariously enough Chris is selective when it comes to him being gullible, he will believe the most outlandish stuff but someone telling him that "Clyde Cash is a troll that's trying to get a rise out of him", in Chris' mind, is obviously a dang slanderous lie!

I guess I just felt like reminiscing about simpler times, when Chris was just some Goofball that wouldn't really hurt anyone and was just incredibly fascinating to observe and (lightly) interact with. Now like 13 or 14 years later, Chris is unrecognizable from the guy that made a YouTube video addressing teenagers of all ages on proper conduct and drew silly comics about his real life escapades with his group of totally radical Sonic knockoff friends.

Time to crash into slumber (:_(

It depends on the offense. Barring someone from the internet is usually a condition of CP sentencing or Chris Hansen shit, and I'm pretty sure it's only used in probation or parole.

Thanks for that update, it probably makes things a bit better for Chris, and it's specifically autism. It makes it slightly more possible we get another Teflon Tard situation, which would be fine with me.
