This is also the fallacy in their logic.
"Get vaccinated to protect the vulnerable" when the vulnerable were the first people to have been vaccinated.

I have a hunch that its money or personal issue related and covid is an excuse. No one gives a shit about drummers so why not replace him with a cheaper model and pocket the difference?

Browsing through Twitter to find stuff to annoy me. See stories about The Offspring drummer. Most of the comments clearly didn't read the article and are attacking him. Saying it's justified.

Random fact, I was on an international flight before the pandemic with The Offspring. I was in business class, they were in premium economy. I don't recall seeing Dexter with them though.

Me? I've completely checked out. Everyone here is wearing masks and are requiring them to in stores again. Shit, I saw a little kid, no older than 2, today in a stroller with a mask on.

I'm just going to be a nuisance to everyone now. I'm bullying everybody who I see that's wearing a mask. Why should I afford them the dignity that they so love denying me?

Damn this reminds me of months ago when people were told wear a mask in the open. Everytime going out I was the only person without a mask and everyone I met in the city had one, it felt weird but I got used to it, Im surrounded by morons and there is nothing I can do about it.

Today its a bit better, the very hot summer has convinced some NPCs that surviving is more important than following dumb rules (even tho some crazy suicidal lemming still go around masked up). I think the government should be happy, people have proved how little judgment they have, how little they use their own heads and how easily manipulable they are.
Of course why give up the game after you realize its working good? Thats why they were able to vaxx such a huge amount of people.
Man if all these people start dropping dead in 1-2-3 years there will be a lot of schadenfreude to have, many are already dying to be fair.

They're basically outright saying "this will not hold up in court, but by the time it gets there the 60 days will be up anyway."

That's why the cucked Supreme Court should have actually ruled against it the first time instead of their bullshit "we'll let it stand because it expired in 2 weeks anyway."

It's basically how you see businesses implement any rules they want for their employees so that the employees are forced to take them to court, except employees almost never do unless they plan on leaving the company anyway. WWE for example basically banned their "independent contractors" from getting secondary incomes on Twitch or Cameo. Is it legal? Probably not but nobody is going to take them to court if they want to stay with the company. Even the chick that talked about unionization came crawling back a few months after she was released.

So I was talking with some others about the whole COVID-19 situation, and they wanted to see what scientific evidence you guys have to back up the arguments we have made here. Mainly, they point to the fact that the cases went down once people started wearing masks, alongside them going down once more got the vaccine, as proof that they were effective, and that while the latter may come with side-effects, its better to be safe than dead.

This is the worse argument to come out of the past year.

Depression has skyrocketed.
Suicide has skyrocketed.
Obesity has skyrocketed.
Drug addiction has skyrocketed.
Unemployment had skyrocketed; now people are unwilling to work.
Dependance on the government has skyrocketed.
General hated towards "the other side" has skyrocketed.
Small businesses and small landlords are dead.
Children and teenagers have lost two years of their development.

These fucking people act like the restrictions and lockdowns have no consequences. That's why "better safe than sorry" is a bullshit argument.
