I wonder if he wanted some of his relics to sell so he could post bond? You're allowed to send your lawyer anywhere you want to pick up any items to do whatever with, even a crime scene. If it's evidence it's up to the lawyer to turn it over.

I'm not one to be optimistic about any aspect of humanity, but I don't see this happening. The courts are real fuckin serious about sex crimes especially when someone is abusing either kids or the elderly. Barb is obviously off her rocker and is almost 80, and Chris's terrible behavior in court will make all involved hate him instantly. He may not get the kind of sentence you and I would wish for, but shit is going to crash down hard on his greasy head. If, and I say if, he gets out before a year has elapsed. it is likely the house will already be in foreclosure. Even if he somehow gets in, all the lights and water will be turned off, it will smell like hell, and nothing within will be usable. Everything will be broken, raided, and rotten to fuck. Chris will have no car. idk what happens to the tugboat for prisoners but he will have zero resources and everyone who was once willing to put up with his retarded bullshit to help have turned their backs. Not a soul will do a thing. Imagine how well this spoiled tard will survive on the streets. It will be worse than prison. He will not have his cholesterol meds, blood pressure meds, titty skittles and whatever else he is accustomed to double fisting, either. The medication withdrawals are going to be fucking wild, and that's just the start. It is all catching up with him now and there's not shit he'll do to mitigate it in any way. He will only do the stupidest things to make it be the worst.

I assume prisons have rooms for recreation and he'd have access to the papers and Crayola products he wants and craves.
if he behaves well, access to library and highly optimistic that sweet, sweet Internet.

If he is sent to jail or prison, I can't see him getting access to the internet for the first month or so. I can see him screaming and stomping around thinking he will get his toys if he cries and freaks out enough.

Well, there goes my optimism from the "Life After Prison" thread. It's still heartbreaking to realize that a fellow human being can end up like this before the age of 40 no less. How long will this stay be? How long for evaluations, how long for a trial, how long of a sentence? How many more years of his life are going to be wasted for actions he comprehends as wrong, but doesn't fathom the severity of the taboo and consequence?

God fucking dammit, Chris. I've lost all hope for you. You deserve to have the book chucked at you and to lose everything. My only remaining hope for you is that they dope you up on some good shit in prison and you can at least enjoy some freedom from your delusions in your life's twilight.

Legitimate American news outlets don’t identify sexual assault victims. They also don’t give out any details that could be used to identify them; they’ll say the victim was a relative, but not his mother.

Foreign news outlets might post names or other details. When that young California politician got called out on her poly relationship with a young campaign staffer, American sites wouldn’t give many details but UK sites were naming names, posting the pictures with any nudity censored out, and giving details American sites weren't going anywhere near.
